Since this is a racial ability ~ the fog will need more justification than her FEAR ~ so a fair amount of personal story will need to go into this to make it acceptable

Then instead of playing off the idea of shooting a blank, I'd like to take another route- could she have something like a venomous bite?

With a venomous bite she could induce something like a drunken stability hindering rather than something life-threatening.

Natural Ability Request: King of lies - Charlie can take the form or the person that is most desired by the other person. It is not up to him who he turns in to. It is the projection of the other persons deep desire that decides that for him. Some times he isn't even aware when this is going on. He can not see what the other person is seeing even if he looks in the mirror. So really, Charlie would be clueless to what is even going on. The projection stops the moment some one touches Charlie.

Natural Ability Request: Sparrow can now use shadows as though they're tangible substances, picking them up and molding them to his use. It's still a little weak and the smoke isn't too strong, but enough that he can make use of them.
