Something had smacked Ren in the back of the head and he turned to look, except ran into a face full of something very colorful and pokey and -
"VAITH!" Ren screamed, abandoning all pretense and flinging himself at the reaper in question. A few seconds later Vaith would find a gryphon latched around his waist, Ren's wings engulfing him and probably Merope as well, considering that he was sitting next to him.
"VAITH WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN I THOUGHT YOU DIED."

Zel slipped on the gloves and goggles, and nodding to the two sitting on either side of him, got up and went to go pick out his items. Looking over the table, he tried his best not to bump into other students as he picked up his choices and slowly returned back to the desk, setting them down on the table before poking the two beside him with his wings to go get theirs.
He hoped this wouldn't result in him being scarred for life. Really.
Potion Ingredients
Hair from the tail of a 9-tailed Kitsune. An odd purple in color, though they tend to also be yellow occasionally. MAIN Dragon Scales. A glimmering, iridescent mother-of-pearl color. Quite rare, but they're warm to the touch and smell fresh. Wolfsbane. Highly volatile. Can cause a rash if not handled with the proper gloves.
Moving with the elbow to his side he let out a sort of 'pheew?," sound before smiling wide and shaking his head. "It's a secret! BUT you can be involved in it later!! " At the question of going steady he simply blinks then flickers his ears back and forth as if debating the idea. Wrinkling his nose he gives a tiny snarl, "ghouls are tmt, no offense." He blushed and giggled softly at Rosy adding to reassure or whatever, "um not that you aren't pretty !" Cause she was, it was simply he didn't entertain the idea of those types of relationships yet.
As things settled down he stretched his legs under the desk and squirmed anxiously, only tilting his head to nod in reassurement that he would totally beat up Zel if he tried to leave Rosy out! When Professor Z came into view all attention on the new ghoul and his friends was lost. Leaning forward with his elbows pressed roughly to the desk he listened intently, eagerly, to each word the instructor gave. This was going to be so exciting, at least he thought that up until the time it was announced the potion was for memory. Why in Halloween would he need that? Frowning poutily he uncoils his tails and fans them behind himself in annoyance.

Debating on trying to sneak out he watched as Zel moved to get his supplies. When the other returned and prodded him, he pouted and swatted the wing lightly before grumping and getting up, "Imma goooing Imma goin." Lips puckered he started towards the table, pulling on his gloves and goggles as he went. Collecting his ingredients he huffed softly then trotted back to his seat, sitting down and arranging them on the desk. "There! Wha'cha got?" He leaned over and peered at Zel's items, wondering if they picked any of the same.

"Have you now? I'm not really sure where I stand, honestly," Shun shrugged. He supposed he should see about the requirements and whatnot. Nodding to the other two reapers, he soon turned his attention towards the front as the class was to get started.
Memory retrieval potion. Interesting. He supposed it could be fairly useful, though it wasn't something of particular use for him right now.
Letting out a breath, he put on the gloves and looked at the various ingredients they had here. It seemed odd to him that they weren't told what they needed exactly, but he went on and grabbed a few anyway.

The subject matter caught Jericho's attention. Memory potion! Maybe it'll help him out. If he did well with this, he wondered if he could make a huge batch to retrieve all of his lost memories. Did it work that way? Were there side effects?
He'd figure that out later.
For now, he threw the gloves on and got to work, grabbing a few things here and there.

Rosy would have said something, had the teacher not come into the classroom. Within moments, her attention was caught at the mention of they would be creating memory potions. This had her curious to a degree as she pulls her hair up into a ponytail. She turn to class at Tavi, and Zel only to see them already moving to pick out their own ingredients. She sat at her seat for a moment longer before she pulls on her own gloves and goggles.
Moving to the front, she looks over each item before she chews on her bottom lip. She honestly wasn't sure what to choose, as they were each good. After a moment, she just picked up three that she thought might be a good combination to go with before she moves back to the desk where Zel and Tavi were both getting settled.
Taking her seat once again, she carefully lays out her own selection as she looks them over. She couldn't help being curious if she would be able to pull this off. Not to mention, if it would honestly work on herself. Glancing to the two boils, she gives them a smile before she remains quiet to learn what the next step would be.

First, Hel was suddenly yelling over at her, insulting her predictably. She shot up a one fingered salute at her sister, while returning the overly affectionate Kettil, nuzzling furiously as he fought Hel for her. She purred like a kitten at the compliments.
And then, Ren was yelling at her. Why was everyone yelling today? It made her want to yell. "LOUUUUUUUUD NOISES." She screeched out, putting her hands under Kettil's arms to hug him as he introduced himself to Ren. "JA! This is my husband, yeh knows. Kettil, that's Ren. He's really wonderful." She leaned in and kissed Kettil's nose. "But not as wonderful as yeh."
And then the teacher was there. She settled down on the desk (not chair, chairs were for losers) and listened carefully. A memory potion, huh? That sounded really cool. As did Professor Z. New professors were always exciting.
She almost took the bait of competition, but Kettil had doused her with way too much content at the moment, so she just sighed and gave him a dopey smile. "Jaaaaa. Yeh makes everythings better."
AND THEN A THIRD PERSON WAS YELLING OH GODS-
Apparently a friend of Rens. A close friend. Well, that was okay then.
She grabbed a pair of goggles and gloves, putting them on and picking out her items.

The man with a pair of beautiful green horns showed up and introduced himself as Zephron Hale, aka Prof. Z. So - it's really like cooking, with all the ingredients around. However, the cooking lessons with Xiu didn't need gloves and goggles, just a pretty lovely apron would do. He was exhausted the night before, as Trouble was being unreasonable for the new member. He would like to have a private session with the new Professor, but well, he won't have the energy to do so. With a upside-down smile, he put these safety equipment on and looked at the ingredients one-by-one.
Of course, his scale fetish would tell him not to miss the kirinni bones and the shinny dragon scales. "Do you think it matter with different combations?" The boil seemed to whsiper himself, but the tail head with a pair of curious big eyes suggested other way. He was indecisive over the last one since he didn't know anything on witchcraft. Anyway, he picked the flowering plant which had a lovely purple hue, it looked common, and normally common stuff are the most versatile one from his experiences.
"Do you know what is the most powerful weapon? Not the gun, not the sword. You can't carry them with you normally. It's things that you can grab right out, those you see in your daily life. Mud, campstool, a pipe....." Memories trailed off as he noticed there wasn't the one he was thinking. Indeed, she won't be here......

Vaith was trying to untangle himself from the newly stuck monster, scowling at Note who flew to the window in the midst of everything. "Jeez, your affection kills people, no wonder I nearly died--"
He was still pushing the gryphon at this point, wondering how he was going to live down this scene in future classes. But all Vaith could do was push one large wing to the side, to free up the blue dragon student next to him.
Xiomara went up to the front and looked at the items on the table.
"Memory potion."
She sighed She decided to hurry up and select her ingredients and do the class, she didn't want no one who knew her to see her.
She putted on the gloves and the googles.
"They could have at least bedazzled them or something."
The dragon scales caught her eye.
"Beautiful."
She took up two and Kirinni breath and het way back to her desk.

The fae's eyes glittered at the multitude of ingredients that were available, with some of them being very rare indeed! Though Astra was eager to try them out, she decided to try for more simpler ones instead. It would do no good to use up the expensive ones when the more common ones may be just as potent.
Though she had to wonder just where some of these ingredients came from. Did the teacher take these from a student?

Memory potion? Well, that wasn't exactly what he had in mind when it came to potions. He was thinking more of a rejuvenation potion or one that would aid in ailments such as the common sicknesses that could be caught around campus. Or one that would ease aches after a day of a good, long workout. The other students got to the table and picked their items while he stood tight in his spot, watching. Some of the ingredients looked interesting, and he was familiar with the appearance of some of them, particularly the Hound's Fang. It looked like any fang that any member of his house would have, but this seemed crackled. Old perhaps, or one from a traumatic death of a hound. The loot was the same shade of tree that he saw around the woods when he would go running.
As the students cleared the table after their ingredients, Uru moved in, picking the ones he was familiar with. But a third was to be chosen. On a whim, he reached for the shimmer scale. To the touch it was warm. With his three, he moved back to his spot. The gloves were a nuisances, but it was procedure. The goggles were tight, and they were at their maximum length. He'd have to deal with it. Laying out his ingredients, he took a closer inspection of them. A canine tooth, a root of a tree, and a scale of what he could imagine to be some sort of large reptile...
"A memory potion..." He muttered into his scarf. "Do you suppose we are to actually drink this?" He questioned generally to just about anyone who heard him.

Taking a closer look at his ingredients and taking a small whiff of the Chameleon tail "ugh." he said as he placed it back on the table and shifted the goggles to the top of his head. " I really hope we don't have to drink this stuff, it all looks to weird and probably taste just about the same." He gave a glance in the direction of the boil at the other desk.

A memory potion, hm? West was pretty sure he had all the memories he needed, and the ones he didn't probably had a very good reason for staying out of his head. He did as he was told, however, as curious about this as he had been about that one magic class. He wasn't usually big on spells and concoctions at all, but he wasn't going to dismiss them either. He didn't have to drink them. Maybe he could find a way to poison a couple of hunters in the future rather than subject himself to unnatural infatuation or... boobs. Had that even been a potion? Either way, he didn't want to be subjected to them.
The boil slipped on one of the gloves this Professor ZH had provided and reached into the box of supplies, coming out with a manky little tail and a couple of vials. Good enough.

“NO ONE LIKES A KISS a**, KETTIL! ALSO, Freya, you disappoint me.” Hel stuck her tongue out and then turned to pay attention once class got started. Maybe she should be concerned, seeing all that stuff on the table…but she wasn’t. It was a class room environment after all…what could possibly go wrong?
The ghoul turned and made a face at Mot.
“Why does fate keep tempting me to make a potion to use on Mac?” She asked, and then went to go get her ingredients, at least making sure to slip on some gloves first.

As hard as he tried, Merope was unable to slouch into the seat far enough to completely disappear into it. He ignored Vaith as the reaper sat down next to him. What he wasn't able to ignore, however, were the giant speckled wings that suddenly engulfed him, knocking his supplies askew.
"Gah! Get off!" Merope tried to shove the giant wing out of his way, only succeeding in knocking the large appendage into his desk. He flailed unsuccessfully (and rather pathetically) until Vaith came to his rescue.
Merope spat out bright, freckled feathers. "Thanks," he managed, leveling a side-long glare at his former short-lived big brother. "But couldn't you, y'know, do that somewhere else? Someone could get... uh." Merope's gaze had turned to his desk as he spoke. "...I thought I had two vials...?"
Cure another glare at the gryphon. Yes, Ren, this was all your fault.
