"I heard that Max and something about you doesn't sit right with me either. Go on and leave if you want Max." Adri said to Max as he joined back with them after talking to the woman. "I got some information from the woman but she was only telling half truths to me. I have my superstitions about who she really is. Anyways, apparently the nobles in the earth kingdom have been buying up the lands and relocating the people to other places and jobs. That's what she said what happened here. She said there were no boats here but as we'll know for sure one we check the the harbor."

Adri rolled his eyes at Max's comments. He wondered how they were able to deal with him these past six months with him being the smart a** that Max was. Sometimes he had found it amusing but not today. He looked toward the west to see that the sun was closer to setting. "I'll go and check out the house to make sure that there are no surprises hidden inside." Adri before going back into his family's home to make sure that it was safe for everyone, including that smart-a**.

Serafina wished that Max and Adri weren't at odds with each other but Max is the one that usually starts it... She glance over at Val and could imagine that he was getting a headache from all this. Serafina felt like there was nothing she could do about their situation to make it better right now. A sigh escaped her lips before speaking. "At least the two work together to make sure we all got here safely."

((That was all I could think off as my mind since I been going back and forth to take care of my grandmother this past week. Maybe a time skip is in order here? ))
