She fell back with a sigh, sticky clinging to her torn skin. It had certainly gotten everywhere. With a disgusted scowl twisting her face (an expression quickly smoothed), Hollandaise lashed out at the remaining goop. It was really best to be vigorous whilst cleaning.

It kind of burned her hands a little and she swiped them ineffectually on the edges of her shorts.

"Will you help clean?" she inquired of the reaper nearby. "It cannot be safe to leave it so."

Brute pushed himself away from the wall, staggering and shaking his rattled head. Gnashing his teeth a few times and wiggling his (full sized humanoid) arms around like a flailing t-rex before finally coming to a stop, eyes widening behind his bone helm as he watched his brother run into the gigantic glob of yum and destroy it.

He could have shed a tear, he was so proud!

Except he would not, because, "I AM BRUTE!" He yelled out again, lashing his tail behind him and stomping his feet. "Brute, Brute, BRUUUUUUTE!!!"

This was how he would show his pride instead.

When the blob exploded into goopy masses everywhere, the monster began to gleefully stomp around, bobbing down to scoop up handfuls of delightful jelly to shove into his mouth, not really realizing that he was helping to clean up the mess by doing so.

Shun let out a sigh. Might as well. He dismissed his daggers for the time being, then went on to try and bat some ooze aside.

"I do not see any signs of that first reaper who went in here..." he muttered.

"I do not th-" she began gently as some monstrous boil decided to eat some of the goop. "Oh dear." Hollandaise edged away from Brute, certain he might transform into some gelatin they might have to fight. Jell-o was so much better with made with blossilia blood (squeezed fresh from the blooms), and cut into appropriately scary shapes. Even if she had had her cookie cutters on her - and who would, it was not every ordinary day a ghoul needed them - this goop was just too... flaccid for her machinations.

"Settimo?" she called out. "Do you... think this... might be him?" Leaning down near the goop, she whispered Settimo's name, once.

And then realized she was being quite fanciful, and shoved the wiggling bits into some dark corner.

Shun paused and stared at the monster who was screaming his name and eating more of the goo. That was. A little strange to witness. It made the Reaper worry a little bit about the current studentbase.

He glanced down at the remaining goo and raised his brow.

"Nonsense. And if it is, then Brute over there will likely soon explode for eating him." he said in a rather matter of fact tone. He shrugged and shoved some more goo aside.

Awesome, the monster kinda melted and flooded the room completely. "JELLY!" The head exclaimed ecstatically like a wiggling flower. It sucked in the gelatinous in large volume in a delightful manner like a vacuum cleaner. The serpent dragon stood and flung away the gunk oh his arms and legs, hair and clothes.

AJ watched as some creeple stuck in the green matter, okay, it seemed cleaning is necessary before the students in coma suffocated. It would be hilarious to dissipate because you don't have air in a jelly, most ridiculous dissipation in life. To save someone from a fate like that, he joined in the cleaning work as well.

He heard the plant girl yelling, but in a sea of different depths of green, the most effective way would be fastening the cleaning. Shoving aside might help a little, but the fluidity suggested it would move and slide down, occupying the centre again. "Hi, Miss Xiu's aniki. I think we're almost done here, do you think their side finish as well?"

The loud battle cry like yelling of the two boils drew his attention, they might be the most effective cleaners among them. The tail head, however, thought otherwise. Believing it was a competition, it took in more gunk in a faster rate. "MY FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!"

Holly got a gentle glance but that's all as AJ petted the head and warned it about stomachache.

She shot another look at Brute. It he exploded... Well, dissipation properties meant his entrails would only be decorating the walls shortly before they would be gone and he would form again. She hoped. Still-

"I really would rather not have a boil explode on me. It sounds messy." Brute's entrails could be any sort of color, flecked with bone shards like some sort of abstract jewelry splattered all about her. Hollandaise shook her head, pausing in dismay as goop detached from her hair with the movement.

Fiercely, she rolled some goop at Brute before turning back towards the center of the room. There seemed to be absolutely no indication of where Settimo was. Hollandaise rubbed the skin underneath her bracelet thoughtfully.

From deep within the slime, a form burst out. Settimo re-emerged, gasping for air. And just like that, the ooze was gone entirely. Remnants didn't even linger, and the green light within the room had faded. Just as with the room of Wrath, the ring could no longer be seen in plain sight.

Instead, Wrex, would feel something cool around their finger. The Green ring of Gluttony has made its choice.

Upon leaving the room, the students would find that the fighting had ceased outside. Someone or something had cleared it out. For those who were attentive, they might have noticed a shadow flitting away.

Wrex had given a delightful squeal when the thing burst in his mouth, and the reason Medi hadn't found time to post curse u job he had been relatively quiet was that he had been busy running amok, jaws open, trying to collect as much of his fallen enemy as possible. After all, what Daggerback wouldn't consume his enemy upon defeating it? (Seriously, that should be a policy the school looked into.)

Only after the goo had faded away did Wrex remember his twin—his twin was here!! Ahhhhhhh!!! "BRUTE!" he yelled as he barreled into his brother, bone helms knocking painfully, all long tails and flails and happiness. "Brute is here! Why is Brute here? You see I kill it? Is proud??" So many questions were running through the boil's head and there wasn't enough time to get them all out.

Only in passing did he then notice something was stuck on his hand. With a curious frown, Wrex tried to shake it off. When that didn't work, he fixed his teeth around the ring and tried to pry it off to no avail.

"Have thing!" he yelled to everyone in the room. "Help?"

Settimo needed a moment to recouperate after that harrowing experience. He still seemed to be fairly frazzled, though. When he heard one of the kids shouting for help, he turned towards the student, seeing that he was trying to pry something off of his hand.

"Ah. Looks like the ring has chosen someone. Well that's unfortunate," he stated as he fixed his hair. He looked around for his hat, but it seems that article of clothing was lost for now.

"Thanks for the help anyway, kids," he said, aiming that towards the Black Sands chosen that were in the room, "Looks like we'll have to do a bit more research before tackling the next thing. Keep an ear out, yeah?"

Shun narrowed his good eye at the Black Sands Lieutenant.

"Get the hell out of here," he said lowly, "And stay out, if you know what is good for you."

Wrex's cry for help caught his attention. The Reaper turned towards him but then shook his head. He recalled that Edel wasn't able to remove her ring either. What was unfortunate, was that he had a feeling this one was a first year. He still didn't know what these rings meant exactly.

"Leave it. But watch your back. I would not show that off too much if I were you."

Chosen someone? Research? Wha...? Was this what they had all been fighting over? Had he won? He didn't feel like he had won, although the meal had been pretty tasty to say the least.

"Is stuck. Why not?" Wrex asked the reaper, bouncing on his class idly. "What happen? What this is?" TOO MANY QUESTIONS FOR SO LITTLE MEAL.

"I do not have all the answers. It is some sort of artifact. Something a few people are looking for. The... Creature said something about the 'Green Ring of Gluttony', so I suppose that is it. Hard to say how dangerous it is to be having at this point. My guess? The ring is now bound to you." Shun said with a shrug. As he spoke he kept his good eye trained on Settimo. He didn't trust the guy.
