Username: Phail Ninja Who are you entering with? Celeste Altair Link to the RP you're using: - Prompt response: The air was sweet and crisp in the coolness of the night. It was peaceful and calm, a comforting and yet eery sensation. But this was home - this was where she loved to be. Out, in the wilderness at night. Some might ask if she was lonely, or if she wished for a companion, but this was not the case. She had the company of a thousand stars with her, and that was all she needed. Their guiding light, so beautiful and serene. Yes, they were her true friends.

There are billions and billions of stars!Username: Lunadriel Who are you entering with? Proxima Link to the RP you're using: N/a Prompt response: Proxima Centauri gazed up at the firefly's small and large, strewn across the deep black abyss of space. The stars are the fire of life and breathe existence into her soul. The stars were the ones that drew her away from her parents. In the place of her parents, the galaxies became her kin. Once she had befriended a rabbit that helped to care for her. Like her parents, the rabbit became lost to her. Proxima couldn't help her disinterest in the world around her. Being uninvolved with her surroundings helped her to focus on what truly made her happy. The night sky, is what she lives for. Not a night owl though, instead, a child of the stars themselves.

Username: Lunadriel Who are you entering with? Wish Star Link to the RP you're using: "Wish I may, Wish I might, have this Wish, I wish tonight" Wish Star scoffed at the rhyme as she recited it. "Nobody is having this Wish!" she thought aloud to herself. Somehow, she got mixed up with the task of helping to grant Soquili and other mer-creatures wishes. She was NOT a Wish Fairy! Or some other mythical creature. Floating to the surface, she definitely took notice of something wonky or odd going on with the stars tonight. Just because she was bitter about strangers constantly asking her to grant them wishes (perhaps because it was in her name or the shape of her head), didn't mean she didn't have a wish all her own. Should the day come, the tide might turn in her favor for this whole wish granting ordeal.

There are billions and billions of stars!
Username: ABVirus Who are you entering with? Serenity Link to the RP you're using: n/a Prompt response: Serenity always had a connection with the stars, though it ran deeper than he thought. He loved the stars because he reminded him of his beloved fireflies, which flew around him more often than not and reminded him that he was not alone. He became nocturnal to see the fireflies come out and when he first saw the starry sky above, he thought it was filled with endless fireflies, before his Auntie Val taught him about stars and what she knew of them and the space they occupied.
Yet even before he knew of the stars, he had a connection with them, for his mother, not Ellie, but his biological mother, was a starry-eyed mini who loved the stars more than anything else. Luna was a delicate mare who wanted nothing more than to wrap herself in a cloak of stars. She loved the stars, she loved the moon and she loved Beetle, Serenity's father, too. Beetle did not like the stars, not until he met Luna. He was content with the study of glowing bugs, namely lightning bugs. When they met, Luna taught Beetle about the glowing stars and Beetle introduced her to the lightning bugs he called family. Soon, they would call each other family.
Of course, then the accident happened. The couple lost a basket and within that basked was Serenity. He was found later, by his Mama Ellie and Auntie Val, surrounded by fireflies on a starlit night. So you see, his love of the stars really does run deeper than he believes, though who knows, maybe one day his past may catch up with him.

Username: ABVirus Who are you entering with? Pavati Osmena Link to the RP you're using: n/a Prompt response: The closest that Pearl, as she liked to be called most of all, got to the stars was looking up at them whenever she surfaced during night. This wasn't very often, mind you. She typically came up during the day, when she could socialize with the land-dwellers. Night time was for sleeping, day time was for playing.
Yet some nights when she just couldn't fall asleep, she would find herself drifting to the surface. The sky is considerably more expansive from the ocean, you see, without any trees or mountains blocking it. So she would go to sleep counting stars and eventually find herself falling asleep and when she woke, not quite knowing where she had ended up, but enjoying the memories of her swimming through a pool of stars.

There are billions and billions of stars!Username: Bluedemonwolf Who are you entering with? "Bringer of Plagues" Morana Link to the RP you're using: n/a Prompt response: Morana was once again hopelessly lost. She had been talking to her mates about the strangeness they had noticed with the stars but in her search to find a good stargazing spot she had separated from them. Which lead her to become lost. She couldn't see anything, which honestly defeated the point of stargazing, due to having no eyes. But she felt a somewhat strong connection with the stars as her mother told her she was a gift from them. Her mother had made a wish upon the wishing star and not long after that she had become pregnant with Morana. So she had the connection even if the stars had neglected to give her eyes. Which is why she wanted to find the wishing star for herself.... to wish for some 'eyes' or rather a familiar to be her eyes.
Hearing of the stars seeming strange made her think that maybe the wishing star was going to appear soon. So she wanted to head to a good spot or even the shrine that the other Soquili often talked about. She had started out with her three sweeties but shortly lost two of them and then it was just the two girls together. That didn't fair any better and now she was wandering around lost. She wasn't calling out for them since if she did that then how was she going to hear them calling for her.
Eventually she made it to a clearing or what she gathered was a clearing since she hadn't run into any trees or bushes and could feel some taller grass brushing against her legs. She sighed and looked up at the sky. She imaged she was looking at a clear night sky full of stars glittering brightly. "My the stars look so pretty tonight." She announced to no one. In fact she was really staring up at a tree (she had nearly run into it but had stopped short) and it was broad daylight. A squirrel heard her and laughed so loud and hard it fell out of the tree.
The laughing squirrel made her look around confused but it also alerted her mates who had found everyone but her. They wondered what had happened to make a squirrel laugh so much that they followed the sound to investigate. They quickly found Morana who was looking very confused and muttering about how the stars must be affecting the wildlife in this area. They could only shake their heads after she explained what had happened just before the squirrel laughed and fell. They also had to explain that there were no stars out right now as it was day time. "What do you mean it's day?!" Morana exclaimed as she listened to her sweethearts as they walked away from the still laughing squirrel.

There are billions and billions of stars!
Username: Jackariah Beckett Who are you entering with? Darwin Link to the RP you're using: Prompt response: Darwins Hooves plodded through the wet sand as he walked along the beach. He was glad he had found shelter from the storm in an alcove in the cliff near by, but now that it was over, he could travel the beach freely. He had never seen an ocean beach before. Sure, he had grown up along the shores of a river beach, but this was different. So, so much more different. He took a deep breath of the salty breeze that blew his feathers to and fro, letting the crispness sting his lungs a little. He was glad now for the gift of his scarf from his mother.
He glanced at it now, a caress of a smile spreading across his lips. Truly deeply he treasured the little garment. He had not been gifted by the spirits like his brother to resemble his father. This scarf, this piece of cloth lovingly aquired by his mother, was a way to keep his father a part of him, as his mother was a part of him. There was no denying he was his mothers son when it came to looks that was for sure.
He tugged the scarf a little tighter around his shoulders to keep warm and headed down the shore once again. There were many things waiting to be discover in this new beach. And he was curious to see what similarities there where between his shore and this new one. Surely his parents, his father especially, would find the knowledge entertaining.

Mimsy Grum Link to the RP you're using: N/A Prompt response: It was a quiet night, and Mimsy Grum was breathless with the brilliance of stars in his eyes. Years before he would have thought it a passing fancy, nothing more: yet now, he could not forget his time imprisoned underground, and every breath of fresh air and unimpeded space around him was a reminder that he was free.

Username: Cheyriddle4 Who are you entering with? Nyx Valkyrie Link to the RP you're using: N/a Prompt response: Nyx frowns as she looks up at the stars. Wondering where her children are as they have long since gone off to find their own path. Sometimes a sense of loneliness overcomes her though that doesn't last too long. Kaitou her beloved mate has a way to make her smile even in those moments. Yet at the moment he is off in slumber. She takes in the sight of the stars. Their twinkling light soft and welcoming. The amount and the great expanse of the sky makes one feel so small.

There are billions and billions of stars!Username: Lady Argentum Draconis Who are you entering with? Deneb Link to the RP you're using: Prompt response: It had been a long time since Deneb had looked at the stars. She'd been lost for a long time, things never working out as she expected them too. Too many children scattered like leaves on the wind. She at least hoped they were happy on the path they found themselves on. That was all she could really ask for. She took a deep breath and let it out slow her eyes fixing again on the stars in the sky. At least they were all connected under the vast expanse of the sky....

There are billions and billions of stars!Username: Lady Argentum Draconis Who are you entering with? Astra Link to the RP you're using: Prompt response: The stars had always had a strange appeal to Astra. According to her parents she and her brother had been born from a wish on a star and her own name meant "star." She smiled as she adjusted slightly onto her back as she gazed up at they sky. Was it strange for a Mer to want to be among the stars? She didn't know, although wasn't the sky just supposed to be an ocean of a different type?
