Not unless it's something so boring it puts me to sleep, but I don't own anything that does that.

Warm milk is supposed to be relaxing, and certain teas ( like chamomile ) put you to sleep too. ' . '

Well actually though it is relaxing I read that milk will actually keep you awake due to some things that are in it. Tea is probably the best bet.

I think that's why you're supposed to drink it warm. Whatever it is that's in milk that keeps you awake fades when it's heated or something.

Well, milk keeps you up since the process to make it stay fresh for longer includes putting some sugar in it.
As for teas, there are some teas that have caffeine in them, or maybe they all do, either way, neither of those ideas would work.

I dunno, maybe if I had a body pillow with one of my favorite anime characters on it.
One of my friends got one as a gag gift, but I think it'd be nice and snuggly. XD
