                        • ▰ Doton: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Earth Release: Instant Movement Technique ] | Rank D
                        Similar to the Maruton version of Shunshin, except that this technique allows unimpeded access through all forms of non-chakra based rock, up to the normal allowed distance. Rock that is in the way will be spewed out to the available area around it. This technique requires a single hand seal, and counts towards the guild's three shunshin per fight limit.

                        ▰ Doroku Gaeshi [ Rock Shield ] | Rank X ( Learned as D )
                        This jutsu allows the user to lift up a giant piece of earth and use it as a shield. For every rank, the shield grows five feet by five feet, and thickens by three inches. All it takes to activate this technique is to grab the ground. Only blocks in the direction the wall is created, and the user is still vulnerable from other angles.

                        ▰ Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu [ Ground Shaking Technique ] | Rank D
                        To perform this technique, the user slaps the ground and sends chakra into it, causing the earth below their enemy to shake. The magnitude of shaking is rather minor though, only capable of unbalancing a targeted opponent. If done while the opponent is not on firm ground, it may cause them to fall.

                        ▰ Doryuuha [ Earth Flow Wave ] | Rank C
                        The user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch off to attack from a distance, crushing enemies in its path under a tsunami of dirt and debris. The user can also use it to manipulate the terrain and hold the opponent in place.

                        ▰ Doryuusou [ Earthen Rising Spears ] | Rank C
                        After forming the needed hand seals, spears of stone rise from the ground to pierce a target. The technique can be countered by an opponent who hardens their body with a stronger Earth Element jutsu, or with any equal or higher rank jutsu. This technique covers a roughly three by three feet.


                        ▰ Iwa Nadare [ Stone Avalanche ] | Rank C
                        Iwa Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique that requires forming handseals and having access to a cliff face or steep slope of some sort, either natural or formed by another technique. This technique then loosens stone on said slope or cliff, dropping a large quantity onto those standing below it. This techniques is especially useful when combined with higher rank doton capable of reshaping battlefields, and is a great way to indirectly attack enemies.


                        ▰ Rikujou Shougekiha no jutsu [ Ground Shock Wave Technique ] | Augment ( Learned as C )
                        An upgrade of Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu [Ground Shaking Technique], this technique unleashes larger amounts of chakra into the ground to cause a more violent shock wave. The force of the wave is enough to knock a few opponents down and perhaps even toss them a short ways. However, due to the wave movements seen on the ground, most shinobi can dodge this by simply jumping. This technique is activated by simply landing on the ground. As an upgrade of Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu, this technique takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned, and they should be listed together on an RPC's profile. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
                        -Requires knowing Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu [Ground Shaking Technique]

                        ▰ Maruishi Tounyuu [ Boulder Throw ] | Rank C
                        This technique focuses chakra on a single large boulder found in the vicinity, stomps once, and sends it flying towards an enemy. Only one rock can be thrown at time, without paying extra. Once the user reaches B-rank, they can launch up to five rocks with one activation, at an additional cost of half the original per rock thrown, rounded up to the nearest whole number. Extra rocks thrown still maintain this technique's C-Rank classification.

                        ▰ Ishi no yari [ Stone Spear ] | Rank C
                        Using chakra to control the earth below and around them, the user of this technique turns it into sharp spears. This jutsu can be used both offensively and defensively, with the shinobi either creating a spear to block an opponent's movement, or hurling the spear at their opponent using chakra. The user just has to stomp the earth with a foot to summon the spears. The technique creates one spear that can be used as a weapon, and can take up to B-rank damage before breaking.


                        {Water}
                        •▰ Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ] | Rank E
                        This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].

                        ▰ Mizu Tate no Jutsu [ Water Shield Technique ] | Rank D-B
                        A barrier of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation the user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against Ninjutsu. The shield can only withstand one [1] hit before it is destroyed. Through manipulation of the water, a variety of things such as spikes or hands can be formed out of the shield to help with warding off attacks. It can also be used as a starting point for most Suiton techniques.


                        ▰ Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ] | Rank D
                        Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Shinobi. The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target. Last's Five Posts.

                        ▰ Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ] | Rank D Passive
                        A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist. When within a fog or mist, the user must use D-Rank chakra during the first post of use followed by half its cost as upkeep, this allows the user to see through all mist or steam as long as this is active regardless of rank. Does not consume an activation to be used.


                        ▰ Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ] | Rank C
                        Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

                        {Wind}

                        ▰ Reppuushou [ Gale Wind Palm ] | Rank C
                        After forming the needed hand seals, the user sends a strong gust of wind towards their target. The resulting gust is roughly palm-sized, and capable of severely injuring an unarmored foe. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

                        ▰ Koukiatsu no Jutsu [ High Air Pressure Technique ] | Rank C
                        This technique forces the air pressure in an area to raise dramatically. Causes many different effects: Disorientation, Nausea, Blackouts, Cloud dispersal, etc.

                        ▰ Zankyokukuuha [ Extreme Decapitating Air Waves ] | Rank C
                        This technique is a variation of the Zankuuha and may occupy the same slot on your profile. Like the Zankuuha, the user sends out a large gust of air pressure from the palms of the hand, capable of destroying sturdy structures and large boulders.

                        Mokuton: Sentō Hana no Bōei [ Wood Release: Militant Flower Defense ]
                        Rank X (Learned as C)
                        As an attack rushes to strike the Senju, a large flower of wood springs from the floor to swallow him and defend him from the impact. Then, after the impact has been sustained (unless the flower has been destroyed), the flower will allow the Senju to move through the wood and exit for D ranked chakra, before rising upon a large cord-like stem and launching itself rapidly at a designated enemy, attempting to crush them with a whipping strike.

                        Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wood Clone Technique ]
                        Rank D
                        A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques.[4] They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions.[5] By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone.[6] Unlike the Shadow Clone Technique, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and even appears to take the damage. This, according to Madara Uchiha, makes it the perfect clone technique that only he, with his dōjutsu, was able to see through. If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only.
                        ( Each additional clone beyond the first costs [15] chakra to make. Each clone is able to be given their own chakra pool through donation during creation. )

                        Wood Release: Threefolded Wood Shield

                        The user forms a shield of wood, which consists of three round parts out of their hand. The shield is very durable and can be removed and reconditioned any time the user wants to. ( Sustains up to a D-ranked amount of damage before breaking. )

                        Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique
                        Rank D
                        Using the Wood Release, a user can manipulate the terrain, bringing out underground roots of varying sizes to fit various offensive situations, such as using the roots for trickery, misdirection and restriction. One can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other with such force that any one caught in-between is violently crushed to death. ( The Tajū version is treated as A-ranked, and is named 'Mokuton: Daisōju [ Wood Release: Great Spear Tree ]' )

                        Ki Eda no Jutsu [ Tree Limb Technique ]

                        The user summons forth five thick tree roots from the ground. These roots can then be used to shelter, shield, or impale, depending on the user's whim. Unfortunately, they don't stretch too far.

                        Jukai Heki [ World of Trees Wall ]
                        Rank C
                        The user creates countless wooden branches that grow at high speed from the ground. The wood interlaces to form a wide, net-like wall with an impressive defensive power.

                        Mokuton: Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Smothering Binding Technique ]

                        By transforming their arm into a tree, the user can then create multiple branches which will rapidly grow around the target, immobilizing them

                        Mokuton: Henge [ Wood Release: Transformation ]
                        Rank C
                        This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary. He also demonstrates the ability to adjust his voice while using this technique.

Guild Description: The user forms a string of handseals and then breaks their hands apart and has one hand placed on the ground the ground. Chakra strings fly from their fingers and form an intricate web along the ground within a thirty foot radius. Any target connected to the ground and within range can then have their feet and legs bound by this technique, thus stopping them from movement. The user can either keep the wires attached to the ground or separate their hand from the ground and tether the opponent's feet with their grip. If caught by this technique then it cost a C-ranked amount of chakra to break out of through the use of the kai technique.

                        ▰ SOCIAL AND PERSONALITY

                        Nindo: "Let justice be done, though the heavens fall."
                        Personality: Kenshin's two primary personality traits are a respect for authority and a hatred of rebellion. While these two features may be good on their own Kenshin takes them to such extreme lengths that they become almost evil. He is obsessed with upholding the law and punishing those who break it. Kenshin is a man of sterling moral character and honesty to the point where he would turn himself into the authorities if he broke the law. He is absolute and fanatical in his misguided and self-destructive pursuit of justice.

                        He lacks a sense of self-reflection because reflective thought through reading and intellectual pursuits are their own form of rebellion, which Kenshin shuts out. In addition to a lack of self-awareness and exploration, he lives an entirely solitude and chaste existence with no amusement. His only vice is the occasional cigarette, almost to remind others that he is human. His main form of joy in life is exacting justice and performing his duties which he is meticulous about. He is incredibly focused on his profession as a law enforcer in order to atone for what is missing in himself.

                        His entire existence consists of walking and watching, he is the sentinel, the watchman, the guardian, and the executor of justice. His moral foundation is based upon legalism, the law is his source of moral distinction. In addition to this, he is also a deeply religious man which is a piece of his complex need for authority. He is fiercely loyal to Arashigakure and the Arashikages and will carry out any order to its full conclusion. He would take his own life if the Arashikage ordered it.

                        Since he was born inside of a prison to convict parents he has an inferiority complex because he was born outside of the social order of a village. Since he was brought into the world as an outsider he saw only two ways of dealing with society and that was either by attacking it and guarding it, he chose to guard it with his life. It is because of all of these factors that he is as incredibly hardened as he is. He is incapable of love and companionship in any form because of his harsh upbringing. Kenshin's characteristic hot temper, rage, and wrath are a product of his past that he chooses not to deal with therapeutically and instead use it as fuel for his zealous enforcement of the law.

                        He is a completely orthodox juggernaut of the law who will never rest until Arashigakure is purged of criminals.

                        Background: Kenshin was born in a prison in Gimangakure to convict parents with his father serving a life sentence and his mother in and out of parole/correctional for petty theft crimes and prostitution. His father, Hayate Hyuuga, was a respectable ninja from Kumogakure who achieved the rank of Jounin and completed a substantial amount of missions for the village. He was beloved by everyone in his community for his rebel charm and wit. Hayate was known by his comrades as the "lone survivor" because he completed five dangerous missions where he was the only squad member to return alive. On the fifth mission, his two best friends from his original Genin squad were brutally killed in front of him and Hayate was left alive.

                        His immense survivor's guilt and post-traumatic stress overwhelmed him to the point where he ran from the village and became a rogue ninja. Hayate was then considered a dangerous deserter and hunted by the Oinin forces of Kumogakure. Hayate grew tired of being the hunted and sought the become the hunter by becoming a pirate in the Land of Water. Over the course of ten years, Hayate became the captain of the "Black Wind" ship and plundered greatly from the Land of Water. One day, he entered Gimagakure to sell the plunder and enjoy his wealth in a brothel before it was suddenly invaded by the local police and he was apprehended. Hayate was charged with a life sentence in the prison for numerous counts of murder and theft.

                        Within the prison, Hayate met a captivating gypsy woman named Kimidori who was renowned in Gimagakure for traveling in a caravan, telling fortunes, and orchestrating scams resulting in theft as well as prostitution. Eventually, a child was conceived between them and Kimidori gave birth nine months later. Kimidori raised Kenshin within the prison as well as her caravan in an endless cycle of lawlessness and abuse. Kimidori was eventually locked up for good when Kenshin was six years old. Kenshin grew up in an abusive environment around prisoners, Kimidori's fellow gypsies, and various other unsavory characters. Kimidori and Hayate were neglectful of Kenshin and he had no one to turn to except the prison guards.

                        The prison guards looked at Kenshin with apathy at best and disdain at worst, but Kenshin viewed them as heroes. With age, he grew to admire them and despise his family. At the age of ten, he would do anything to avoid the other prisoners who would hurt him by assisting the guards with chores like cleaning the cellars. Kenshin would salute and aid the guards at any opportunity and some of them grew to enjoy his dedication and company. By the age of twelve, he was allowed to sleep in the guard barracks and they taught him to read by showing him the legal and disciplinary codes of the prison. While the guards were strict and far from compassionate, Kenshin finally felt at least a slight sense of comfort and belonging. This created an even further rift between him and his parents, but it mattered not to Kenshin.

                        When he turned to the age of fourteen, he abandoned his family in the prison in the hopes of becoming a sentinel of shinobi. He went to seek out his father's family in Kumogakure and entered the village on their reluctant graces, but changed his last name from Hyuuga to Kosei just to shed the former identity. It was also the condition of the family who did not want a prison urchin to besmirch their noble reputation. Kenshin quickly enrolled in the academy and worked incredibly hard against numerous obstacles, but ended up succeeding despite his many disadvantages in life. Law, order, justice, those were the codes of honor that he lived by. He spent his days at the shinobi academy and his nights learning basic reading, writing, and arithmetic education in tutoring. He also worked odd jobs to make a small income and sustain himself in his run-down apartment in the projects village provided housing.

                        When he graduated from the academy, Kenshin was given his headband by the Raikage Shiro Chosokabe. Lord Shiro also carved a cloud symbol into his rapier and declared him a guardian of Kumogakure's laws from that day forward. He was honored by this and joined the Kumogakure Police Department (KPD). After doing several police missions with Ada Rio-Kyuri and Hachiro Hirohiko he was sent as second in command of a squadron under first in command Ada. Kenshin, Ada, Hachiro, Selina Rosewater, and Tsukiko Asahina were dispatched to Seizan and witnessed the carnage left by the UHV. Kenshin took Selina and Tsukiko back to the village and alerted the Raikage of the attack. Kenshin then made the choice to follow the Raikage's orders to rebel against the daimyo who would not allow them to attack the UHV in Seizan. They then returned to Seizan and Kenshin teamed up with Selina in an assault force and killed a platoon. When they rendezvoused with the others, Shiro promoted him to Chuunin which was a proud moment in his life.

                        After the battle and promotion, he re-forged his rapier into a Hyuuga and gentle fist calibrated sword. After the Nibi was released and re-sealed and the daimyo was assassinated, Kenshin joined Jay and Jeon and helped establish Arashigakure. The Chuunin Kenshin fought off daimyo loyalists, revolutionaries, and barbarians while quelling uprisings as a police officer. For his loyal police service and excellence in battle, he was promoted by the Arashikages Jay and Jeon to Jounin and later given the title of ANBU Police Force Initiate. He completed many missions in the Police Force before moving up to Shadow. Now he seeks to become the ANBU Captain and will pave a path of righteous justice before he takes that ultimate title.

                        Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a jyuken strike instead of 1.25.                         Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation.                         Thundering Justice | Lightning based techniques used by the Hatake are granted a concussive blast in the form of a sonic boom upon impact. This concussive blast has a range of five feet per rank of the parent technique. Those within the area of the blast have a knock-back effect applied if their body rank is lower than the parent technique. In addition, deafness is applied upon impact for two posts.
                        Tsunami of Justice | Kenshin gains access to the water element.

                        Nuibari Attributes:
                        Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut.

The pants the belts are keeping up are black in color and are made of a material that allows them conform to the users legs without hindering mobility. Perpetual Theme: Wavin' Flag - K'naan
Why this theme?:
I feel as if Wavin' Flag is the best song to signify Shinji's desire and drive to be stronger. He wants to be able to protect the village and the people within it, but he knows that in order to do that he will have to train endlessly.
"When I get older, I will be stronger" is the line that sold me on the song, while the rest is just icing. Shinji wishes to become a pillar of strength for the younger generation. He wants to show them that even if you feel weak, you can overcome the obstacles before you and find your own strength. From sun up to sun down, Shinji thinks about how he can beat his own weaknesses. It is the first thought in his mind when he wakes up, and the last thing he thinks before falling asleep.

There are people he wishes to protect. At first, it is just his family and the rest of the village as a whole; however, over time this will extend to specific individuals who have managed to become his closest friends and figures that he respects for the parts they played in his life. Rather than a just a generalized idea of who he wants to protect, those are the people that give him the strength to chase his dream and thinking of them reminds him of what he has to lose if he fails. To some, that would be a detriment to their progress, but for Shinji it serves as a source of an inner fire that strengthens his will and pushes him towards greatness.


Theme: Mansion - NF
Why this theme?:
Mansion, if you are unaware of this song, is a lyrical story told by the artist NF. As a rapper, one wouldn't expect the amount of deep intensity that this song has. It depicts his struggle with his mental issues. A constant fear of being hurt due to abuse and loss. He walks us through the "mansion," which is just a metaphor of his own mind. He talks about how there are "rooms" inside that he doesn't like to visit, as they are just a constant reminder of things that have happened to him, as well as a safe haven towards the end of the song. However, the twist being that the safe haven isn't as safe as he made it to be, as the Fear that he is running from lives inside of it too.

The reason I chose this song to act as Shinji's theme, to shed a bit of light on the character's creator, is because I feel a special connection to this song. I personally suffer from trust issues that stem from a life I no longer lead. I built Shinji's character, and have planned his development, to follow the same sort of path I have lead, with a few tweaks in order to better outfit this kind of a story into a fictional world. This stage of Shinji's life, following a traumatic event, will be focused on some heavy character development. During this arc of his personal story, he will learn how to cope with the trauma he experienced and properly deal with the anger issues it has presented. Over time, he will start to trust people, and slowly get over his fear of letting others in to know him personally. During this same arc, he will fester in his desire to get stronger, to the point where he gets overly frustrated with any inconsistencies in his performance. As such, this will be a roller coaster of emotions for Shinji, with some major declines before he gets any better.


▰ SOCIAL AND PERSONALITY

Nindo: "Persevere. No matter what comes your way, you have to overcome it. That's the only way to protect those you want to protect."
Personality: Like most Ketsueki kids, Shinji is quiet and withdrawn from his peers. He doesn't often socialize, and the most contact he has with others is small talk whenever he is walking around the village. He spends most of his free time reading or training, occasionally taking time to help out in parts of the village that are in the process re-building or doing other work, or using his basic medical knowledge to help out around the hospital. He has mastered the art of hiding his true emotion around younger kids in order to keep them busy while their parents are busy, assuming that they need someone to watch after the youngsters. He uses this same practice whenever he is in the presence of his peers, giving off an indifferent, yet gloomy appearance.

This isn't entirely the fault of his clan's belief system. After the war, Shinji has lived in a permanent state of fear that caused him to develop deep-rooted trust issues and slight paranoia. This constant sensation also produced a complicated self-esteem problem where he feels as if he is too weak compared to other genin in the village. Shinji curses this part of himself, which only increased his innate desire to become stronger. Previously, he rejected his clans system of solitude, but because of how strong he has seen them become, he dove head first into their instructions, fueled by his own drive for power.

Despite all of this, Shinji hates the issues he has developed over the last few years. He wishes that hadn't been so susceptible to trauma. Whenever he is alone, his mind is constantly running through all of his mental distress problems, reminding him of his weakness. It has made him angry, and all of this anger gets stored up inside of him. The only outlet he has is during training, but it isn't enough. There is still a deep ocean of rage bottled up under his apathetic visage most people see.

Village: Arashigakure
Title: Genin

Background: A few decades ago, after some infighting and disagreement within the Ketsueki clan, a small group of the clan's members split off from the main settlement and moved to Arashigakure, swearing allegiance to the village. After some time, the suspicions involving their ties to their previous home were dismissed when the rest of the Ketsueki clan attempted an assault on Arashigakure in order to dismantle the outliers. The assault was handled by several members of the Arashigakure forces, but the resident members of the clan helped out as well, quelling the attack before they could do any serious damage. The Ketsueki settlers developed their own set of elders and a council over time in order to preserve the Bloodline of their clan. This branch of the Ketsueki is where Shinji, and his parents before him, were born.

Growing up, the young Shinji was boisterous and craved adventure. His outgoing nature was, at first, nurtured by his parents. However, after he grew old enough to begin playing with others in the village, they began to stifle his energetic personality and keep him from going out. See, even if the Ketsueki in Arashigakure had left due to infighting, they didn't change their beliefs. Shinji was kept away from other kids and was instead pushed to train and study in order to gain a better control over his chakra. The other kids in the village saw Shinji occasionally when he stepped outside to practice, but his parents made sure to keep their son away from the other villagers to keep Shinji pure.

Once he was old enough to join the academy, the elders of the Ketsueki clan approached the boy and gave him a speech about keeping to himself. They told him that if he ever wanted to be a powerful shinobi from the Ketsueki clan, he had to stay vigilant in his training and avoid the distractions that would come from other students. In order to further encourage this behavior from the boy, a few of the clans senior members, including his mother, set out to gather materials to craft the boy a weapon. Something unique that only he would be able to master. This process took several weeks, during which time they kept it a secret from Shinji and his father. See, his father wasn’t as keen on the idea of arming such a young boy as his mother was.

His father didn’t believe in fighting unless it was absolutely necessary. He worked in the village as a carpenter. He would rather his son follow in his footsteps than become a ninja. His mother, on the other hand, fully supported Shinji’s desire to become a shinobi. She had a deep respect for the militant forces of Arashigakure and often wondered if she should have pursued becoming a ninja herself. She had spent many years in her younger age learning the clans Saiketsu techniques, but she felt that she was too frail to enroll in the academy. The two often argued over the path Shinji chose to take, but only because they had differing views on the matter. They loved each other very much, and at the end of the day, they both decided that it was his choice, whether his father liked it or not.

After the weapon was created, the clan elders once again approached Shinji, a few weeks before he was due to start classes at the academy. His mother sent his father out to gather groceries so that he couldn’t protest in front of the heads of their clan. They brought forth a scythe, setting it on the ground before him carefully along with a scroll. Shinji looked at the weapon with a bit of caution at first. He wasn’t sure what was going on, but as he looked the weapon over he felt a deep sense of admiration for the craftsmanship and the unique design that it had. His mother made sure that it was designed to fit his more gothic appreciation of things. As such, the schematics they used to create the weapon mirrored skeletal structures and had a very grim appearance.

They clarified that the use of the scroll was to complete the forging process. He was instructed to open the scroll and give the weapon a name, writing it on the blank pages within. Shinji thought about it for a moment. He decided on the name Yuugure. Translated into english, the word Yuugure meant dusk, which is why he felt it was such a fitting name; it furthered the horrific and grisly architecture they had put into the scythe. The elders nodded in approval, to which they then said for him to p***k his finger and wipe his blood along the scroll. He was skeptical. If all he had to do was pick a name, why was it necessary to have him use blood? Shinji didn’t think too long on this and obeyed. His mother rolled up the scroll and bound it in a red thread before handing it to the head of the elders. A man who looked older than dirt. The wrinkles on his face made it often hard to read his expression, a trait that Shinji didn’t particularly enjoy, as it made it incredibly difficult to understand what the geezer was feeling.

That aside, he was well respected among the clan and was the most adept among them when It came to performing sealing techniques. He took the scroll and placed it above the blade of the weapon. After a series of one handed seals, the scroll erupted in fire. It burned from both ends and met in the middle, turning it completely to ash. The fire didn’t seem to bother the elder; not even leaving so much as a slight burn on his hand. The ash leftover began to shift around before taking to the air and encircling the snaithe of the scythe. Beneath the pile of ashes, a sealing insignia could be seen, with markings stretching around the blade at first, but it followed the ashes path along the snaith until there were lines running along its entirety. They didn’t last, though. When the elder released the last seal he had performed with his hand, the marks melted into the weapon, leaving no trace of them behind.

The rest of the elders moved forward, all of them at once attempting to heft the blade into the air. To Shinji’s surprise, they couldn’t seem to lift it from the ground. It didn’t even budge. Irritation flooded his body. What good was a weapon if he couldn’t even pick it up?! His mother noticed his frustration, but calmly told him to give it a try. The elders backed away to give him room. Shinji rolled his eyes, but reached out with a hand to shove the weapon. His eyes went wide when it skidded along the floor. Shinji leaped to his feet and grabbed hold of the snaith, picking it up. It felt lighter than air!

His mother explained that the seal performed has linked Yuugure directly to Shinji, meaning that others couldn’t pick it up unless he handed the scythe directly to them. To further prove this, she held her hand out and asked Shinji to hand it to her. When it was placed in her hand, she showed no signs of struggling with the weight, but he could tell that it wasn’t as light as it was for Shinji. Immediately he ran outside to test the weapon out for himself. He found that the seal also prevented him from being cut by the blade, almost like his skin was like iron to the weapon. It interested him deeply. This would surely set him apart from the other academy students. He went to sleep that night with an irremovable smile.

The Academy

In the weeks following his pact with Yuugure, Shinji started attending the ninja academy. He wasn’t the only one there with a weapon of their own, which did make him feel a bit less special, but he noticed that none of them were particularly flashy like his was. His disappointment was easily offset by this. Taking note, specifically of Shinji, of the amount of weapons that the students had, the instructor immediately made a decree to the class that the use of weapons in the classroom was a rule for them to follow, and any use of weapons outside of the classroom had to be overseen by the instructor. Anyone who broke that rule was to be immediately expelled. Shinji grimaced at this. He wanted to show off what Yuugure was capable of, having spent the last couple of weeks training and learning his weapon in depth.

They dove straight into book work. They covered the history of Arashigakure, then the history of the shinobi world as a whole. A few of the things they had learned during the history lessons sent chills down his spine. War, disaster, and demons that had the potential to wipe out entire countries on their own. There seemed to be a heavy amount of chaos in the shinobi life. This didn’t shake Shinji’s determination. Instead of turning away, he looked straight forward. The stories of the powerful ninja who had overcome these events made him want to get even stronger than normal shinobi. He wanted to be revered as a hero like the legends from these stories. The first of the Ketsueki to gain that title.

He didn't show any outstanding potential when it came to the academics. His grades when it came to the paper assignments were nothing to take home. A modest C or a B at best. However, Shinji showed great potential when it came to the physical exams. He was able to spar with the rest of the class and remain unbeaten in the hand-to-hand classes, save for the student who was at the head of the class; a prodigy who was a few notches above the rest, but Shinji did give him a run for his money. What gave Shinji a big head was the weapon practice sessions. Regardless of whether he was given a kunai blade, shuriken, or the green light to use Yuugure; Shinji was regarded as the classes top weapon specialist. Even the one he lost to in hand-to-hand seemed completely out of his element when compared to Shinji.

It was because of this proficiency with weapons that, come graduation, when they were picking the top students to receive accolades for their performance over the time spent at the academy, that Shinji was one of the frontrunners chosen to be given special mention. Among them was also the resident prodigy of the class for his hand-to-hand showings, the smartest student in the class who was doubly noted for their overall testing grades and their showings when it came to the basic techniques they had been taught, and the class president. These students were the first to be given their headbands and the title of Genin. Through all of this, he didn’t bother making friends. Many of the students asked for Shinji to teach them how to use weapons, but he refused. He had a duty to uphold when it came to his clan.

The elders congratulated him on his promotion and promised that, when he was older, they would teach him the clan secrets. Shinji argued that he had already shown he was more than capable of learning it, but they calmed him and told him that he still had room to grow before he learned it. They explained that the requirements for learning the technique required him to be of a certain age because the complexity of the techniques meant that he needed to learn to control his chakra nature. It wasn’t something that they taught at the academy, and it would take him a fair deal of time before he had the level of proficiency he would need. Shinji still wasn’t satisfied with this, but he decided that they knew more about the secret than anyone.

Catastrophe Rising

When the sirens signalling the attack on the village began, Shinji was in the middle of training. It was the moment he was preparing for, the chance to be of greater use to the village than some lowly genin who wasn't worth their salt. However, the time he had spent casting various techniques in rapid succession had left him too low on his already minute chakra pool to be of any real help. At most he could have been a body shield for someone better, but then he'd still probably end up being in the way. In a world where was was constantly looming on the horizon, the worst thing one could do was impede the progress of a soldier's advancement.

In his hesitation, the only thought that broke through his mind was the Kage. The head of the village. He would be a prime target for the enemy's forces, but it looked like everyone was rushing away. That gave him a bit of clarity on where he needed to go. Once he had rushed to Toso's office, Kagami and her officers had shown up. One an Uchiha by the name of Naoki, the other a much larger woman who appeared to be some kind of... demon? The events in the office didn't seem to amount to much violence. A small altercation between Naoki and one of the other Arashi shinobi who had shown up, a bit of irritation from the larger woman, but in essence it was more of a conversation between Kagami and Toso regarding the future of the shinobi world and the course of action that should be taken.

At the climax of the debate, Kagami had fooled them all. She revealed that she was pregnant, and used this revelation to play the heartstrings of all in attendance like a well-tuned violin. She was a master manipulator. Once she had been given the authority to use the PA system in Toso's office, she showed her true colors. A woman of complete, chaotic evil who's idealistic worldview was corrupt in execution. She attempted to cast a village-wide genjutsu in order to strip Arashigakure of its citizens, claiming that it was a prison and they were forced into their continued loyalty to their home. As would be expected of the head of the village, Toso had a contingency plan set in motion for just an occasion. A small device hidden away sent out a wave of energy that broke the genjutsu before it had done any permanent damage.

And that was all Shinji could process before the blue haired woman before him was ripped into pieces. At first, he was shocked. After all, a death before your very eyes was a good way to cause lasting mental damage. And not just a murder, a complete and utter massacre. Toso gave an order to be left alone, and Shinji obliged in the fuzzy state of shock he had been forced into. Once outside, he rested on the floor and tried to gather himself as the shock wore off. From the window, he could see the Sanbi for a brief moment, further proving that the woman who had staged an invasion of the village because of mistreatment brought about by the UHV system, had passed on.

The Years Following the War

After the attack on Arashigakure was dealt with, Shinji made his way through the village, taking in the damage and compartmentalizing a list of things that he could help with during the reconstruction. Construction was something he knew fairly well, since his father was a carpenter. He could hold a small day care service to keep the younger kids busy while their parents were working. He could run around and gather needed supplies for others. He stopped making this list when he noticed the amount of wounded that were being tended to. Shinji dropped everything and rushed to help out. He didn’t have any skill in Eiseijutsu, but he had enough basic medical knowledge thanks to his clan that he could treat some of the wounds to help keep them alive long enough for the medics to get to them. Despite his willingness to help, the sight horrified him. Shinji was running on pure adrenaline. If it wasn’t for that, he would have been frozen in place.

There were severed limbs and pools of blood randomly scattered from the severity of the battle. Some of the wounded they brought in had already passed from their injuries. One of the shinobi Shinji took to treating was horribly hurt. There was a hole blasted straight through his abdomen, and several deep lacerations lining his body. He treated lacerations first, seeing that whatever had burst through his stomach had also cauterized the injury. Most likely a completely overpowering Katon technique, but it could have been anything for as far as he knew. As he was stitching up as much of the cuts as he could, the soldier stopped him with a hand on the wrist. His eyes were lifeless,r and his voice was hoarse.

”Thanks kid, but it’s no use, I’m dying. Don’t protest it, just let me go. But do me a favor. My sword... Take it. I got it from my father, him from his father. I don’t have a son to give it to, but you seem like a good boy. Its name is..” He trailed off into a coughing fit. Once he stopped, he gasped for breath for a moment before continuing. ”Arashi no Chiheisen. It’s a good sword, I promise. Don’t let her appearance confuse that. She’s too young to be put out of commission yet. She’s yours now. You said your names Shinji? I hope you put her to good use.” With that he passed away. At first, Shinji was shocked. A few tears fell down his cheek, but he quickly wiped them away. Now wasn’t the time for tears. There was work to do. He grabbed the sword that he had inherited tentatively and continued rushing around the wounded, enlightening the nurses of the mans death. He never even got his name...

Once the initial cleanup of the war was over, the village wasn’t the same for Shinji. Rather, he couldn’t look at it the same. He was still loyal to his home, but the sight of the ruin caused him grief every time he saw them. He became an oddity. His withdrawn nature that the other genin had noted from him was put aside as he set to work helping with various tasks. He assisted in several reconstruction jobs, using the Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu technique to be in two places at once to speed up the process. At first his clone wasn’t able to sustain being out for so long, due to his inexperience, but he quickly mastered the technique from how often he used it, and his clones were able to stay out from the time he summoned them to the time he went home that night. He gathered resources when the sun went down before he went to bed, in order to do more work the next day.

During the weekends, rather than go and help build, he went to the hospital and worked around there, doing checkups on patients and working in the emergency wing dealing with the more minor cases. After his shift at the hospital was over, Shinji would go out and gather the younger kids and play with them to give their parents space to work, going as far as providing their supper for them and even tucking them into bed at night individually. He repeated this cycle for some time, yet no one noticed the changes in Shinji’s personality. See, he had learned to hide what he was really feeling. He attributed this to the way he was able to read people so easily, referring to it as a reverse-engineering of that same process. None of them even noticed he wasn’t carrying either of his weapons.

After seeing the casualties of the war, and the death of the person who had bequeathed Arashi no Chiheisen onto him, Shinji had been having chronic nightmares. They woke him up often enough during the night that it was almost like he wasn’t sleeping at all. It began to instill a fear in him unlike anything he had experienced before, quickly devolving into paranoia. He stopped carrying Yuugure with him, and left the sword he was given hidden away in his closet, behind his clothes. He shut everyone out, even keeping his parents at arm's length. They often wondered what was going on with him, but his response was always a curt ‘I’m fine.’ His mother eventually went to the Arashikage and asked him to have some of the village Jonin check on him periodically in order to make sure that he wasn’t going to do anything reckless. She never got a definitive answer but was sent home anyway.

Over time, Shinji’s paranoia had taken a series of nasty effects on him. His refusal to let anyone get close to him caused him to feel a terrible loneliness, which eventually manifested in full blown depression and a deep self-esteem problem. He felt he was too weak to be called a shinobi, and his drive to get stronger conflicted with this, causing him to often go out when he couldn’t sleep and train until he could barely move from exhaustion. He showed little progress in his eyes, not seeing that his use of the Suiton techniques he had learned was leagues above where they were when he started training them, frustrating him to no end. Over the course of this cycle, he started to feel angry. Not the kind of anger that someone gets a flash of momentarily, or the kind that goes away over time. This was the kind of anger that festered, boiling inside with no outlet, eating away at their temper and messing with their mind.

Shinji’s late-night training sessions became a daytime ritual as well. He started sneaking off whenever his work was done for the day and rush out to the woods on the edge of the village where he wouldn’t be seen, then push himself even more. He often got so frustrated during these sessions that he would lash out with everything he had, tearing at trees and earth alike. There were several spots in the forest where a clearing was made from trees being knocked down, and hundreds of trees have deep scars in the wood from his outbursts. Little did he know that there were times when he was followed by a Jonin, sent by the Arashikage to check on him per his mother’s request.

Personal Attributes:

Weapon Specs

• "Arashi no Chiheisen"
        Although it is a named sword, it doesn't possess any special qualities. It's appearance is slightly different from other katana's, however. The hilt seems to be double the normal length, with a gold band wrapping around the middle to divide it in half. The guard is of a golden ornate cloud. The scabbard is pure black with gold designs etched along its length. However, the scabbard and hilt have been wrapped in a white cloth, so exactly what the design is of cannot be made out. The white cloth seems to be permanently grafted to its form, but does not impede on the ability to use the weapon in any way.

        Weapon Size: Base length is 60 inches (5 feet, or 1.5 meters)
        Weapon Weight: around 10 pounds
        Description: Yuugure is a scythe made completely out of various metallic compounds, with the snaith of the weapon having the appearance comparable to a human spine. Meaning, it is segmented and bone-like in appearance, with slight protrusions from each of the segments opposite of the blade. The blade of the scythe is 24 inches long and is dark black in color, with what looks like a bird skull acting as the conduit to attach blade to snaith. The beak of the skull extends out past the snaith slightly, but is too dull to act as an extension of the weapons combat ability.
        Ability Summary:
        Expansion: By paying [5] Chakra, the segments of Yuugure's snaith detach and reveal a cord inside that changes the scythe into a bladed whip. The range of the weapon is up to 5 meters (16 feet). When the scythe extends, the blade shifts to where it is straight up and down rather than curving to the side. By paying another [5], the segments retract and the weapon returns to it's orignal shape.
        Vampiric Slash: Each time Yuugure makes direct contact with an opponent, it drains [5] Chakra from them and transfers it to Shinji.

                        Nindo: If you admit defeat, you'll never succeed for sure.
                        Personality: Asahi is a fairly cheerful person and an optimist at heart. He likes looking at the bright side of things, only really acknowledging the bad when he needs to figure out a way to fix it. A little bit gullible, he's trusting and open to those he sees as his friends. While not exactly outgoing, he's friendly and always open to interact with his peers.He can startle easily due to his nature being that of a prey animal but is training to overcome it. He has a thirst to prove himself as a ninja capable of defending his village despite what people may think of his ability to do so and can get a ahead of and in over his head, because of it.

                        Title: Academy Student.
                        Background: Born to parents of the Kemono Shinzo clan, his life has been more or less an ordinary one so far. His mother was a retired shinobi who taught dancing to civilians, and his father a medic nin. He has two older siblings who are shinobi and have moved out of home to start their own lives, Asahi being born right before his mother became too old to have children didn't quite spend much time with them but gets along with them when he sees them. The only real strife he's faced is being underestimated and sometimes bullied for his nature, as compared to felines, reptiles, and bears, hares aren't exactly seen as something to brag about. Growing up, his cousins often teased him and said he'd never be a good ninja, so did a lot of kids around his neighborhood. It didn't help that his main hobbies were dancing and baking. Because of this Asahi grew to have a thirst to prove himself. It drove him to be outgoing, to reach out and make friends, and play rough with the other kids, it drove him to train with his cousins and other family members despite their jabs at him being a "bunny" Everything people said he couldn't do, he went out of his way to prove that he could, this extended to joining the ninja academy when he was finally of age to do so.
                        As an academy student, Asahi can always be seen with a spring in his step and an eagerness to learn. He won't let the words of others define him, and is determined to enjoy his time in the academy and graduate a ninja.

                        Personality:Seeming pious and holy at first glance Senran is someone most people believe to be a kind and gentle soul. However, his personality and beliefs are rooted in nihilism and the eventual coming of humanities inevitable end. Due to his belief that nothing is of consequence so long as it fulfills one's own desires he feeds the selfishness of others and those he meets although he himself is not inherently selfish he knows exactly what he wants to do in life. That goal in life is to die by the hand of an individual that falls under all these criteria to taint them and expose humanities true nature causing them to have an epiphany and see just how pointless everything is, wherein no matter how hard you try to prevent something it will always and inevitably happen.
                        1. The person must have never killed. 2. The person has to lack the desire to kill 3. The person's strength is founded on the desire to help and protect others, not a personal one. 4. The person must be innocent in both mind and body. His beliefs can be summarized in the following words. "The world is doomed to end, your actions now will mean nothing when that eventuality happens, live your life to the fullest humoring your desires even if that comes at the expense of others. Should you die in doing so even your death means little as you will die inevitably, and in your death, you will be forgotten come a number of years, thus it will be as though all of your misdeeds done before your death will always mean nothing even infamy will fade to the hand of time." Senran isn't a villian in nature but he does not discourage any type of behavior so long as its within that individual's truest desires. When an individual is being dishonest with themselves is when he is most vocal. This could, for example, be a good person but deep inside they have several villainous inclinations or the vise versa. Because he believes 'morality' is a constraint on humanity he lacks empathy. Suffice to say pushing the agenda of acting out on desire means that should he desire something himself he will do so without hesitation. Such as if he has a desire to kill someone. Or if he lacks that desire he won't bother doing so.

                        Background: Like a fallen angel Senran was disowned by his clan. The 'TRUE' Kaguya and in turn was also given mortality that separated him from his god-like entity brethren. After living hundreds if not thousands of years among his extradimensional brethren having to deal with the concept of mortality he realized something amongst humanity. People were simply living lies. They were disingenuine, both with their feelings and their desires, they would act out only to regret their actions later. Why would consequences carry any leverage he believed among beings whose lives were so short and meaningless...like his own.

                        As time came to pass all the more Senran developed a belief that one should act out on their desires, to expose their true selves, to live fully without the fear of consequence. A life well lived is life without regret. Truly though, this seemed an impossible thing for humans to be capable of. The system of 'morality' that they had developed meant that those who partook in feeding the depths of their ID would come to regret their actions after the fact. To expose humanity for what it is since his exile has been his desire since while seeking to truly find the 'ideal' way to die. Along the way 'helping' those find 'salvation' and 'peace'. He seeks 'the one' who will be given the 'privilege' of killing him and has been known to start transgressions with those he believes are what it is he's looking for. Often this is usually children.

                        Personality:Seeming pious and holy at first glance Senran is someone most people believe to be a kind and gentle soul. However, his personality and beliefs are rooted in nihilism and the eventual coming of humanities inevitable end. Due to his belief that nothing is of consequence so long as it fulfills one's own desires he feeds the selfishness of others and those he meets although he himself is not inherently selfish he knows exactly what he wants to do in life. That goal in life is to die by the hand of an individual that falls under all these criteria to taint them and expose humanities true nature causing them to have an epiphany and see just how pointless everything is, wherein no matter how hard you try to prevent something it will always and inevitably happen.
                        1. The person must have never killed. 2. The person has to lack the desire to kill 3. The person's strength is founded on the desire to help and protect others, not a personal one. 4. The person must be innocent in both mind and body. His beliefs can be summarized in the following words. "The world is doomed to end, your actions now will mean nothing when that eventuality happens, live your life to the fullest humoring your desires even if that comes at the expense of others. Should you die in doing so even your death means little as you will die inevitably, and in your death, you will be forgotten come a number of years, thus it will be as though all of your misdeeds done before your death will always mean nothing even infamy will fade to the hand of time." Senran isn't a villian in nature but he does not discourage any type of behavior so long as its within that individual's truest desires. When an individual is being dishonest with themselves is when he is most vocal. This could, for example, be a good person but deep inside they have several villainous inclinations or the vise versa. Because he believes 'morality' is a constraint on humanity he lacks empathy. Suffice to say pushing the agenda of acting out on desire means that should he desire something himself he will do so without hesitation. Such as if he has a desire to kill someone. Or if he lacks that desire he won't bother doing so.

                        Background: Like a fallen angel Senran was disowned by his clan. The 'TRUE' Kaguya and in turn was also given mortality that separated him from his god-like entity brethren. After living hundreds if not thousands of years among his extradimensional brethren having to deal with the concept of mortality he realized something amongst humanity. People were simply living lies. They were disingenuine, both with their feelings and their desires, they would act out only to regret their actions later. Why would consequences carry any leverage he believed among beings whose lives were so short and meaningless...like his own.

                        As time came to pass all the more Senran developed a belief that one should act out on their desires, to expose their true selves, to live fully without the fear of consequence. A life well lived is life without regret. Truly though, this seemed an impossible thing for humans to be capable of. The system of 'morality' that they had developed meant that those who partook in feeding the depths of their ID would come to regret their actions after the fact. To expose humanity for what it is since his exile has been his desire since while seeking to truly find the 'ideal' way to die. Along the way 'helping' those find 'salvation' and 'peace'. He seeks 'the one' who will be given the 'privilege' of killing him and has been known to start transgressions with those he believes are what it is he's looking for. Often this is usually children.

                        Personality: As is most common for those of the Sakkakugan bloodline, Lanathel suffers from severe mental illnesses that frequently drive her to act out in a variety of ways. Unfortunately most of these tend to be self-harming or destructive. A continued lack of support or assistance from others has left the girl with virtually no concept of time, money, self, or even reality. Lanathel has become a creature who exists only to serve her basic needs and scarcely anything else.

                        Background:
                        Born as a troubled orphan, Lanathel was always more trouble than she was worth. Frequently getting into trouble with the other kids or her matron. Still, none of these troubles were ever anything out of the unusual for a young child until the girl reached the age of 12 where she began displaying symptoms schizophrenia and acute paranoia. This rapidly devolved into episodes of aggressive behavior that eventually forced the matron of the orphanage to submit her to the local medical organization. This was unfortunately never meant to last as their small village was swiftly wiped out during Korgarahi war of rogues versus the established ninja villages.

                        Lanathel had managed to survive out of instinctual fear pushing her to hide, but afterwards was left with no caretaker. Struggling to cope with growing mental illness and constant survival issues Lanathel spent five years now slowly succumbing to her psychological trauma.

                        First Class: Genjutsu
                        ▱▰▱ Master of DeceptionWith genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Open Minded discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

                        ▱▰▱ Open MindedYour focus relies more on sensory than on sealing. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively for sensory. In addition, you are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sealing technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. 
                        ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization:Genjutsu duration is increased by one post. Genjutsu of the chakra sense influence are one rank weaker against the user.

                        Technique Name: Everlasting Nightmare
                        Technique Type: Sealing
                        Technique Rank: B
                        Description: The user makes contact with the opponent which causes a seal to form at the point of contact. This seal is bound with a genjutsu which lasts for the duration of the battle. Even when the genjutsu is kai’d, it will re-cast itself after three posts. When the jutsu re-casts itself, it takes the same cost from the user. Just doesn't need activation. This has a limit of [2] seals one a target at a time. Limited up to B-rank Genjutsu.

This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

                        ▱▰▱ Lock-downYour focus relies more on sealing than on sensory. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively reserved for sealing.
