Is there any special thing to do if you want to get rid of a character so you can make a new one?

Fox: Well, you have to get rid of your old character. So either make him disappear or take him out behind the shed to put him down.

*sighs* I need bloodline approval and then Shane to answer a question. I want to know if I can remove the need for my character to use separate fingers for action and movement as one of her custom abilities. This would allow my character to use a puppet and a weapon even as a Genin, but still stay within the ten puppet limit at the highest level.
