It's inspired by Alexander Anderson and the whole section XIII from the ascariot organisation out of the Manga Hellsing.

You're banned because that's what I figured, it definitely made me think of that when I first saw it.

I ban you because I didn't know you knew Hellsing.

You're banned because I own up to 8 in the mangas (searching for more), along with the complete series and the first four of the OVA series ^^

I ban you because none those are available in Holland so I just rip emh off of the net sweatdrop

I ban you because I want more OVA's and disliked the Japanese voices much in OVA 5.

You're banned because I have yet to watch the 5th one and still need to get my 1 and 2 back from my friend.

I ban you as the fifth one is now only available in Japanese and will come in English likely around 3 months or so from now as it usually takes 6 months for the dubs to come.
