Hmmm I would have to say the character that you meet in the very beginning, he gives you helpful advice just before major fights critical to the storyline though you never quite figure out his name or who's side he is truly on until at the very end when it turns out he has a hidden agenda to overthrough the current evil ruler and replace him with himself by using the main characters as a manipulative tool
