Kesshin sat behind the tent staring at the people having the conversation...."She's going berserk..."He whispered before standing.He ran over to a rock that he could hide behind at full speed so he could barely be seen.He crouched down only peeking his head out a little so he would have a closer view.

Kiri glared right back, not intimidated at all. "Because you're my teammate. Nowe or not, you are still a part of this team and you will act like it!" She snapped at the girl. "We are not shoving you aside simply because we found Nowe. Everyone here is important to this mission. And we can't have people breaking down and endangering everyone."  The tiger that should be....isn't....

"You already have other three people!" Tsumi snapped back, "You don't need me! I'm just a teamless ninja who just acts as a replacement! When we get back to the village, you'll see. The Hokage will take me out of this team no matter what!"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri growled, an annoyed sound. "You were put in this team because the hokage thought you could keep up with Zane and I! Take it as a damn compliment!" She snapped angrily at the girl. "I don't honestly NEED anyone! I can do things on my own. I work in a team though because it's easier and gets things done faster and smoother. Now stop acting like a whiny child and act like the ninja I thought you were!" It was clear she was frustrated with the younger girl. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Shadow style: Shadow sewing" kyo muttered standing behind Kiri as his shadow shot out wrapping around her leg and moving up to cover her mouth. "That really is enough sempai" kyo said kneeling there. The shadow's wasn't strong in the least he had simply made it to get Kiri to stop talking. "Your correct about something you don't need anyone but you don't really know how to deal with people because of that fact" kyo said standing up and walking over towards tsumi the shadow fading as he got close kneeling down next to her. "Selfish thinking and letting your anger guide your words isn't the way to help someone who is clearly in more pain then you can know" Kyo said reaching out and putting a hand on Tsumi's shoulder.

Zane was pissed, anyone looking could tell he was never normally like this. "ENOUGH!!! I will not have this team break down and bicker amongst themselves. You are all god damn shinobi of the village hidden in the leaf, now act like it damn it or I will personally see to it that you are all removed from active duty for a while!" Zane yelled, those who looked at him would probably see smoke coming out of his ears and fire in his eye. "Now, Tsumi, you are not just a replacement, you are here because the Hokage believes you are a good fit for this team. If you doubt your abilities you will get yourself and somebody else killed, so if you're going to continue like this, I will take measures to make sure that you are not able to participate any further in this mission. Kiri, I may agree with you, but Team Discipline is MY job, trust me to take care of it. And Kyo, Kiri may have overreacted, I may be overreacting now, but it is not your place to step in and mediate, if you wanna help Tsumi, then start by setting an example, be the bigger person and stay out of the fight. Now that it all I am going to say and I will give you each one chance to say what you want to me now before we go back to being professionals. One chance only, pass it up and you won't get it again." Zane said sternly.

"Attempts to diffuse a situation aren't you strong point sempai and frankly you rather suck at it" kyo said standing up as he put his hands behind his head as he tapped his foot. Any attempt kyo had at changing Tsumi's impression of him was simply shot all to hell with zane's little outburst.

Kin still hadn't taken down the cage she' erected around Tsumi. She did now and stepped into the middle of the group, gently pulling Tsumi to her feet and glaring sternly at the other ninjas. "All of you stop this right now. Tsumi, the Hokage has never put a shinobi in a team simply to fill a space. You belong with Team 1 no matter what you think, so buck up and work with them. Kyo, maybe you should try to help your teammate diffuse a situation rather than put him down about his attempts, and release Kiri. Zane, calm down. You're not a fire-user, and I can see how close you are to combusting. It wouldn't be good for anyone. And Kiri, try to keep a hold on your temper. You are all a part of a team, so act like it!" The jonin felt like a mother hen scolding her chicks, and this wasn't even her team!

{This is gonna be one hell off a response! xd } Tsumi was about to announce a come back at Kiri before Kyo came in. His little speech had changed his impression on her mostly because he was the only one taking her side. She blushed faintly when he put his hand on her shoulder. At Zane's outburst, she muttered, "More like let the Genin girl cry while the Jonin gang up on her all because she lost something precious to her... a*****e..." Tsumi finally had enough after Kin spoke. She stood and yelled, "I bet you all still have at least one of your parents or at least a picture of them! I also bet most of you live in the house you grew up in! I lost all three of those things! Though you wouldn't care cause it's all about the mission, all about 'Ooh! We found Nowe-san! Hurray!'! You guys don't give a s**t about me cause I'm a hell of a lot younger and fresh out of the academy! Who gives a s**t about the newbie? It's all about your best friend going missing who you've known a hell of a lot longer! 'Let's just gang up on the Genin girl cause she's a crybaby over losing practically everything she owns!' You all are just a bunch of jerks! The only one on my side is my age and rank! Pathtic, having to make the weaker Shinobi help each other and not bother to look at the cause more clearly and openly! You just go with those you've known the longest, not who has a more logical arguement!"

Sighing slightly this was the reason that kyo wanted to get Tsumi out of the area quickly before outbursts started from each side. "Come on Tsumi-chan" kyo said as he turned around and looked at her. "Moving away from the senpai's would likely be the best outcome for everyone" kyo said extending his hand out towards Tsumi. Looking over his shoulder kyo gave a hard glare to each of the Higher ranking ninja who had jumped against Tsumi so quickly before turning back to her. It was likely because he was in the same position rank wise as she was he took her side over the others.

Kikou hearing argument walked over to Tsumi and gave her a 'snap out of it slap'. "If you want to be a Ninja your going to have to stop this nonsense. You'll be sent on dangerous missions if you can't keep your emotions in check you may put your team at risk. A enemy ninja won't care what you lost and in the state your in now you'll be easy to take out or used agest the others of your team of. If you can't handled thing whats going on without overreacting maybe you should seek a different line of work" He paused and looked at everyone"...S-sorry" he put his head down "di-didn't mean to burst like that"
