You're banned because I knew and know of plenty of people who aren't going through puberty yet who have plenty of dirty thoughts.

your banned because without hormones to give them the ablity to to reproduce then they should not by any biological means have dirty thoughts until puberty where hormones would give them weird feelings in a matter of speaking. then again biologic is not my best science subject.
