Cloud is active but neglected. Everyone chooses the 'brand' villages (Leaf, Sand, etc) and then never do anything. If more people joined the little villages (Cloud) then they would be more active.
We're open and accepting. We have a good Kage, excellent roleplayers and very soon we'll have a few new gennin running around that everyone can beat up on.
We need new people and more people because the last Naruto guild I was in, Cloud died because we had 3 active people. I don't want to see Cloud die again and I'll do anything to make it survive.

Mist and sand are the most active villages. The only thing that sand's got over mist is they have a few more powerhouses than the Mist. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Nobody ever joins Kiri. If people want an active village they should go out and recruit active people. xDD
