Anyways I know this is a question for the other thread but in regards to the Genjutsu list on here, do you have to be of a certain village to learn the ones under 'rock' or 'sound' etc?

Well we sell our pups not just for the money put to know they go to good people. We will NOT sell to breeders unless we see the breeding are they have their dogs in.
