"Well, we've got a lot of experience under our belts. What level are we at now? Somewhere in the quadruple digits or so?" Van joked with a grin.

"Enough to warrant my possible replacement of Atius, perhaps." Mala replied, kissing Van on the cheek and matching his grin afterwards. "So probably more. Sextuple, maybe?"

"Just the way I like it." Van said before giving her a kiss on the mouth as his arms slowly made their way around her waist.

It had also been such a long time since they could enjoy themselves like this, to be able to act..erm...affectionately without having to worry about volume, time, or place. After all, the children weren't around to overhear, to cause mischief at the worst possible time. She gladly returned the kiss, moving her arms to embrace him as well, enjoying every minute of the freedom they had for the moment being.

"You know what? I think we should some other dimensional room, just for us. As luxurious as we want without having to worry about the kids or anything." Van said, an arm around Mala as his feet mingled with hers beneath the sheets, stroking her gently with his toes.

"We need to sometime. Especially if we want to get any sleep while Anise and Senel are up to their antics again. Or if drama comes along, assuming Atius somehow finds himself freed, we can just hide there and relax until everything tides over. Or until we run out of food, one."

"What? Me, pass up a chance at knocking Atius off his pedestal? Surely you jest! Besides, you know it's basically impossible for us to avoid drama."

"Can't blaim me for trying." Mala chuckled, in regards to the drama of course. The reward was always great, even if the stress provided at the time was hell.

"Besides, we have kids. We can't be horny hermits forever." Van joked with a smile. "Should've thought of that before we decided to have children."

"That doesn't mean we can't try, hiss at the sunlight, and break our mattresses with sheer stamina when we aren't in parent mode." Mala joked back.

((I gathered by your latest status. XD And amen to that! I also have a girl boner for Assassin's Creed Revelations and all the other lovely games coming out this month. OwO ))

"That's right, someone's going to get the full god package soon." Van said with a naughty grin as he interlaced his fingers with hers. "Nigh unfathomable magic at your fingertips, not that you need it, several acres worth of cloud up in heaven, and of course all those super human feats that come with it. Like, say, strength and stamina." he said with a slight eyebrow waggle.

Mala easilly matched his grin, honestly rather excited by the mere thought alone. "You know, considering that, we'll literally never leave the bedroom again, right?" she joked as very naughty thoughts danced about in her head. "Or at the very least, we'll be needing spare beds by the dozen."

"Bah, I think two gods can figure out how to repair a bed." Van scoffed at the thought. "And like I said, as much as we'd like to spend the rest of eternity as such, we can't be horny hermits."

"It was an exaggeration, Van." Mala offered him a light kiss on the cheek before continuing, "We won't return to hermit-hood until after the kids go their own way. It's not like any of them ever visit unless they need something or are made to, anyway." This was something that she'd never let them live down until, of course, they actually did start visiting her more of their own free will.
