I made these clans over a few months ago. Haven't even looked at them. So if I made them, I must have put some sort of thought to them. I'm sure their decent enough as is, and if not, then apparently there was a reason I didn't offer them up when I created them. *shrugs*
My way of thought is linked. Makes perfect sense to me, but I normally need to explain my thoughts to other people. I'm not surprised you were confused.

Hey, for one of the D rank missions, it's where I need to learn a Jutsu. I've already learned Jutsu, would I be able to count that as finished missions or no because the mission was never 'given' to me.

Mmmmm...........I'd wouldn't count it. But you can 'relearn' it and do that for the mission. Just post yourself practicing it to perfect it. If its not a big technique that needs lots of posting, just do it again.
It won't take that long and you'll get something out of it.

Meh, why would I relearn it when I have a lot of other Jutsu to learn in the first place. I was just asking whether or not I need to 'get' these missions from someone or if I just learn the Jutsu and count it towards the D rank mission. Cuz I really don't see why someone would give me a 'mission' to learn Jutsu.

And if you had a teacher, they would give you that mission.
