"Sure... make yourself useful doing... something." She replied as she ate her cake. She acted a tad bubbly after taking another bite, but she tried to keep it concealed.

Victor saluted and then left the commander's quarters. He went outside and took over for another soldier on lookout.

Hector said nothing, eating her cake and thinking carefully. It was a simple mission, but her mind was on the war, not the mission.

Danny had felt a little offended when Ruby called him a freeloader. He frowned and kept to himself about it, just keeping quiet and following Ruby wherever she might bid him to follow although he was obviously in bad spirits.
"Yeah, right" Win grumbled, sitting there, scowling, pouting and pretty much looking like a kid who didn't get what she wanted. She kept her arms crossed and said, "I don't need you to tell me how I should feel about this. Being stuck for another day after all sales are done. You know what I need? A drink!" She patted Rudy's head as the dog had began to grow weary about the tone of its mistress' voice.
((OOC: No offense but I find it kinda funny. I imagine this RP turning into a military steampunk-themed reverse-harem game where John, Victor and everyone else is a candidate as Priscilla's love interest XD XD ))

((That is both scary and hilarious, but that would only be half the story. We have the story with everyone boarding on Ruby's ship in Norra (or wherever) and the story with Ander's war. Honestly, I can see Victor, Shepard, Cedric, Azura, and the Prince of Ander fighting over her, but not really John. John is too much of the 'big brother' and would act as her bouncer. lolz. I figured John and Leigh might hit it off despite the age difference, but Serphrim hasn't been posting... *sighs* ... but anyway, I was trying to think of a way to throw Cookie back into the ring while trying to get some of the people not posting to post. I was thinking maybe getting Hannon to attempt kidnapping Hector because of her strong relationship with the king, or having Ander try to capture Poz so that Hannon will keep out of the war. Maybe both and they can have a swap causing everyone on Ruby's ship to bust into Hannon's palace to save Poz after the switch happens! xd ))

((You know what, I'm just going to say they landed. Brief time skip! ))
After a few hours, the ship arrived at the border of Ander where several stations were guarding the mountains. Hector dismounted the ship alone and headed strait for the general's office to deliver the message from the king.
"The general said he would see you in just a moment." A soldier said.
"Alright then." Hector replied, and leaned against the side of the wall, looking towards Hannon while she waited.
((Ok. Cedric, that's your que! ))

Cedric had followed the road for what seemed like miles, his ship was completely out of view now. Cedric couldn't believe what he saw next. Guards, covering almost every pass way. He had to take a chance...he started moving forward.

'Who is... that?' she thought, spotting a man from Hannon approaching the border. 'I'm sure someone will handle it...' She thought.
"Lord Thunderbird, the general will see you now." a soldier said.
"Alright then." She replied, and went inside.
"Lord Hector. I wasn't expecting you." the general smiled with a snake-like grin.
"What do you mean? A telegraph was sent this morning to inform you of my arrival." Hector replied.
"Well, I must have not gotten it yet then. After all, we're so busy. Sit down. It's been years." The general smiled. Hector said nothing, recognizing the man from the academy and remembering not liking him one bit.
"Actually, I am to inform you that Hannon has attacked us and not to let any imperial ships from Hannon come into Ander. It is your job to secure this border as soon as possible." She replied.
"Is that so? Well it seems someone has a personal problem." he chuckled, standing and looming over Hector. "I'm sorry, but this isn't the academy. You don't have the authority to barge into other people's bases and give them orders, little man. I hereby arrest you for..."
"Excuse me?" She cut in. "This is a Royal Ordinance and I have been given full permission to do so." She said, pulling out the paper and showing him the seal. "Believe me, if the Prince hadn't asked me, I would be visiting my estate. I suggest you get busy and watch your tongue."

As Cedric got closer to one of the stations his nerves started to get the better of him. Before anybody could spot him he ran to the side of the road and hid. 'okay...think' he said to himself while trying to come up with some kind of plan that would actually woek

"Well, in any case, I'm heading back to my ship for a moment. Start sending out the order. I want to be finished before nightfall." She told him before leaving the office. 'Damn... if I had known he was here, I would have taken Victor and John with me. This place doesn't feel right...'

((alright sounds exciting whee ))
Cedric made his way closer to one of the stations, he was kept well hidden behind the shrubbery. He came up next to one of the guards "psst" he whispered, the guard looked over, Cedric grabbed him and pulled him into the shrubs.
The guard lay knocked out on the ground stripped of his uniform. Cedric was getting far to good at that. He stepped out of the shrubs and walked into the station, nobody gave him a second glance, he blended in completely.
