I need someone to rp a male. << You can make up what you want for him to use as Jutsu and stuff. The only thing I will have you do is use a specific picture and you will have a sibling that is being npced by Vampire. You guys hate the Kiri shinobi Flou because he killed your brother.

Ill talk with the Kage of the village that you want to apply your Shinobi's AC points to . See if they will allow it. :]
