Kat and Hauk arrived back at MW, and together they unloaded his car. Her mother had sent them back with not only gifts, but loads of leftovers as well. After the food had been put away, she told him she was going to go up to the bar to check things out for a bit. He settled down in front of the TV to unwind after the long drive and she gave him a quick kiss before heading out her door and made her way upstairs. Once she was upstairs, she was surprised to see Leko there. Heading around the bar to make a drink, she smiled at Leko. "Hey there, Leko....how's it going?  "

"Your mother? confused What happened with your mother? I didn't know you kept in touch with her...."
She took a sip of her drink and rested her arm on the bar as she turned towards Leko slightly.

I sought her out when I went off with Lia a while back...
She found out I was harboring an angelic soul now...
This is not kosher in her book
She tried to force me to terminate when I was there
but then, like me, thought it would be fun to taint instead.
I had to get out as fast as I could and try to keep her from following me...
it was all fine until Ayami did that baptism to Draa...
That pillar of light is more or less a homing beacon....*sigh* Entirely long story short....

It took quite a long time but, in the end Anira was the key to fishing her out..

Franco comes in through the back entrance, mostly to see if these earners are doing anything this time of year or simply taking full advantage of their mistress being away. rolleyes As he makes his way into the main bar he is not really pleased to see either Katana, that caused him so much grief in Vegas or Lady Leko-chan who he knows was part of that whole story from Beni. confused
