the clone waited for a moment, then replied to mamoru.

"Well....it was a rather basic and standard insertion. When we entered the city, we had to find our way to the crime scene, in which we unfortunately didnt get to do alot of searching. We found the witness, in which James has the data downloaded to his brain and will be here to present when he is done with the medic tent. It was then we discovered the chakra virus....and were total bosses in defeating it in our body. Then a tidal wave happened...which im sure you know of, but out of this tidal wave came these...automaton like things made from strange material. door hinges, wood, almost any random scavanged thing you could think of. There were not very combat effective...but very good at pillaging. Then a green veil technique happened and we were unable to pass through, calling them back. and....thats when we came home...."

Doing the Anime sigh/exhale San had no choice but to agree. It seemed his valiant effort to coordinate the team to attack and surpress a GOD DAMN TSUNAMI wasnt enough. But alas was the life of a shinobi. Besides, it would give him time to train and retrain certain techniques, so maybe he needed the time away from ninja life......

Lucas walked in with a scowl and slumped against the door.
"travelling wasn't this bad. and it got bad. Mam. what's going on? i swear this has happened before somewhere. i wish i could just spend time cooking."
he said remeniscing about his travelling cook groups he'd been with. each one was like familly to him and each one was so much a part of him he would never be able to seperate them from eachother.

James walked into the Kazekage's office and nodded to everyone present, he then turned to the Kage.

"Bossman I'm here to report and also turn over a recovered weaponized version of the chakra virus. I have sealed one of the weaponized needles in regular ice, so the seal is airtight and has been maintained by my armor, we can place a Hyouton block around it or seal the pouch somehow.
As far as my report I am not sure how much Sanshi filled you in, so I will start from the top.

We entered the village under disguises and split into two teams. Both teams kept a close proximity to eachother but maintained separate social identities. Sanshi discreetly approched law enforcement officials to get information and locate our crime scene. Some point near entry Zane was bumped into by a suspicious figure, who we later learned stole his things. We chose to walk instead of taking a local train, and the local train was blown up for all intensive purposes. We dropped cover to assist in rescuing survivors. Once we saved everyone possible we greeted the head of the Port's efforts. A rough man named Magnus. He gave us a location of the crime scene. Sanshi had somehow spotted a man matching the witness description on top of a tower. he was clearly severely injured. A nurse was attending him on location, and I was summoned to treat him. Aside from physical injuries I encountered the unknown disease. That was my first contact to you. I tried to read his mind with a water interrogation, and should have been able to pick his brain as long as he didn't have amnesia, but for some reason all i received was one memory.

once the Chakra Virus was treated, The tidal wave came. We hit the wave hard, but it took that just to survive the miles tall wave.

you will know the rest, aside from us saving Magnus and his Lt Colonel from death. "

James sat back to field questions

"Ken Xithyl reporting in." Ken said as he walked into the office he wasn't really sure how much help he would be seeing as how he was only there for a short while but for lack of having anything else to do he decided to report in anyway.

Lucas remembered thought it silly to not have thought of this before.
"we need to find manfread. if he had been using his byakugan and saw something that may help. anything. then we need his report as well."
Lucas said. he knew Manfread was likely to have gone for either food or for training so he would try to find him if Mamoru saw it a good idea to gather Manfread's ideas. Lucas wished he had a flask on him however and would go to the food shops first so he could also purchase his booze.
"with your permission i shall locate Manfread and notify him that his report will be needed."
Lucas said hoping he could go get booze.

San's clone would butt into the conversation about the possible plan, adding in his two cents.

"I propose both. If their are survivors we need to help them. I suggest James works on an antidote and then take a medical detatchment as long with an escort team to help out all those people....if their are indeed any survivors. Our brief encounter with the automatons proved their were not very savy at combat....but that still means they are not to be triffled with. They seemed very keen on scavaging anything and everything as opposed to combat....so maybe thats our chance to help the sick....and discover why they are scavaging..."

James placed the sample and then spoke It's possible there are some survivors, but a wave big enough to flood here would demolish anything not hardened. We have to try, but the odds are slim.

The clone could only offer a grim look as he nodded...agreeing...It wasnt good, but it could give them a way to help the possible survivors as well as do more recon and intel gathering on the automatons...and why they were scavaging.

"Your right....but we still gotta try. Siniku would kill me if i didnt try anything...."

"Travailing by kuchiyose was a new experience to say the least." He said scratching his head a bit. "Well as you know I had only been there for less then a day so my report mainly revolves around what I noticed about those mechanical beings. As San said those things were not focused on combat and were simply focused on gathering materials, however because they were not manned by either a person or circuitry they are not to be taken lightly. Because they are unmanned they can travel through a vast amount of places as well seeing as how they even manged to come towards us through the sea it's probably safe to assume they can survive in the harshest of environments, which can further increase the amount of materials they can gather. I also gathered that the only way to destroy these things is with taijutsu, as they seem to have a device that activates whenever the slightest amount of chakra is used, and completely stops anyone from attacking them, even those who don't use chakra to attack as I was approaching them physically and was still brushed aside by this device. I realized it only activates when chakra is used because me and my tiger were able to behead one of them using simply our physical ability, when the others joined and started using their chakra based attacks is when it activated. Therefore I've come to the conclusion that since they are unmanned and can only truly be destroyed by taijutsu without any ramifications the only way to stop them is by taking apart their arms and legs."

On his way out Lucas snagged a cookie from two and then dissappeared in search of booze and manfread.
