The man maintained the same expression on his face throughout the entire short explanation, with the exception of a faltering grin at the mention of the one in Konoha. "I see. Good, good. I shall seek both medics out after my training. Good day, Yukikage-sama." Without further ado, he bowed before turning and leaving the room. Once the door closed behind him, the man placed a head over his head and sighed lightly before beginning to walk out of the office. His mischievous eyes were now set ahead, inattentive and uncaring of those bustling around him in the office and outside of the building.'Baby steps come first...' His head was lowered for the third time that day, a sign that he was mulling over rather burdensome thoughts.

A trio of 3 men wandered into the Yukikage's building, each dressed plainly for construction... and it was very obvious, even from their attitudes.
"Yo, sweet cheeks," Bob harassed one of the office passerbys, "Come check me out after work." Getting the usual cold shoulder was nothing to the man, as he did this purely for comedical enjoyment. Getting a tap on the shoulder by José, Bob turned about & followed him up to the rest of the group, which consisted of Harold, the obligatory middle aged man of the group. "S'up Harold. Man it's cold here! You been down to see these office chicks yet?" A terrible, icy stare from the muscled man made him shutter, but certainly he had a soft side somewhere... somewhere not here. Several hard, construction men-like knocks rapted upon the Yuki-kage's door.

Harold gave Bob another hard stare before opening the door, as if to warn him to be on his best manners, just in case any females happened to be inside the room. A click of gum popping from excessive chewing could be heard as José wandered in behind everyone. "Mister Yuki-Kage, sir," Harold began, "The Daimyo of the Snow Country sends his regards for keeping everyone safe. We have been ordered to assist in any construction projects & necessary fortifications. My name is Harold, the one behind me that has terrible ettiquette is Bob, & our blueprints specialist is José." Reaching into a saddlebag hung from his left shoulder, he withdrew his required work papers & handed them to the great man. "As instructed, since this is a military village, we will leave after any & all projects are completed and will not interfere with your personal village operations. Our core specialty is in concrete laying of all shapes and sizes, as well making them thicker than the norm."
((Apologies, I'm not sure if the Snow Country has a Daimyo like all the others.... >.<))

Raising a brow at the three men who entered, the water clone was at least pleased to hear someone was happy with his work. Although the gesture was nice, Keiji really was not sure what to have them build. Takin the work papers, the clone looked them over and saw that everything was in order. Although everything here was basically made of ice and snow, although some strong concrete might be of help.
The clone had to ponder over this for a small while, listing off things that the village was bound to need. "Well, I suppose there are a couple of things I could have you build. Reinforce the walls surrounding Yukigakure, patch up the streets and sidewalks, touch up the abandoned mansion to make it livable again. Although it belonged to a shinobi that is no longer with us, create something on it's grounds in memory of her, like a grave marker or something. Create a new F.R.O.S.T. base for the anbu/oinin, create an add on to the hospital where the medical corps can convene. We'll also need some proper training grounds, escape tunnels or bunkers incase of invasion. A revamp of the restaurant might be nice. That should cover the necessities, if anything else comes up that I haven't mentioned, feel free to ask me, I'll be here in my office. Any and all information needed will be provided by my secretary."
Feeling he had listed everything important, he placed their work papers back on his desk and leaned back in his seat.

As soon as the Yuki-Kage started to list off his wants, José began to furiously write down all the requests, his inking hand a simple blur. So much work to do, & so little time! "Si Señor Kage," the intelligent José responded after the great Snow Shadow ceased speaking. "It will be finished as quick as I can make the blueprints." Politely excusing themselves from the room, the trio of hard workers headed down to the expecting secretary for directions, Bob's lecherous whims not withstanding. Soon enough, they were out on their duties, headed first to start the biggest of construction plans, the great walls of the village!
