How would you kill the person above you?

i'd make him not get any presents, no matter what, for several years in a row, watching him die a little inside from each disappointment. then i'd stuff him up a chimney and let him rot.

I'd put a large heavy metal or concrete thing in front of the chimney so that when he goes down, he can't get out. Once he's stuck, I'd drop canisters of gas down the chimney to suffocate him.
