Simple answer. the military is a dictatorship. You can voice your input but that doesnt mean its going to change anything.

Do you have a degree in aeronautical physics or a masters degree. Well any degree above bachelors is good because you cant be an officer without one and on top of that you have to go through an INSANELY tough physical and training program just to be selected. How old are you? Because if your younger than about twenty five its almost impossible. I am not breaking your balls or anything but its REALLY hard to become a aviator . Its not something that can be done in a year.

I think it's time to assert some authority. This whole class system change is slowing things to a damned halt, and it's something I believe is for the better, so I'm going to do it. I've absorbed his input, but to hell with Mana's allusions to Communism, it's happening. ( Also, it's not like Communism's really all that bad. )
