=w= Going by what it says, it isn't a "porno" unless such is decided in court, so assumably there is an underground dealio with porn in Russia. As long as it doesn't come up in court, really, it's not "officially" a porno and therefore okay.

Also... It depends on how you look at it.
"Pornography or porn is the depiction of explicit sexual subject matter for the purposes of sexual excitement."
So if you take the definition literally, and the image isn't being used for the purpose of sexual excitement...
