( Wow I missed a bit )
Nowe cursed himself for not acting quickly enough to help Kiri. He watched, trying to figure out a way to help. He saw Zane's quicky movement, and prayed it would work. As for the moment, Nowe couldn't do anything.

Brume's eyes widen as he saw the sword he jumped back to avoid the sword. As his hands left the cloud it let out a big surge of electricity.

Nowe saw the lightning, and dashed forward. Taking out his katana, he plunged the weapon right into the clouds, knocking away the kunai. He hoped that would cancel out the jutsu. If nothing else, maybe the lightning would travel through his blade instead of Kiri's body.

Nowe's efforts both canceled the and sent the lighting through his blade to leave Kirinata's mostly unharmed. But sent a small amount of the lighting to Nowe.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata flinched as a small residue of the bolt flickered through her body, mostly through her hands that were wrapped around the metal fans. She clenched her teeth against the pain and decided to hell with it. She wasn't going to just stand here and do nothing. Regardless of the pain it caused her, the girl swung her fans, whipping up a cyclone to destroy the storm cloud.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

(Hey, I'm back. Sorry I missed so much.)
Tayu took a couple of the fake earth scrolls from Kikou. "Will do. It's always fun to watch what happens when you hand someone a trick scroll."
Chinatsu laughed. "Right. Sorry Menendo. Guess my head's a bit more with the winds than usual. It seems like a lot of teams got Earth scrolls, though."

Zane made another shadow clone and launched him so he could grab Zane's sword while the real one ran to hit the ninja in the face.

Nowe clenched his teeth in pain as lightning shot through his blade to his body. He fell to his knee's, gasping in pain. He didn't move, trying to regather his thoughts. Slowly he stood up, watching as Zane kept going for the ninja. He would hold him off for a few seconds. First Kiri though. He looked to his friend, "You ok?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata glanced at Nowe and nodded slowly. "Okay enough for now." She told him. "I don't know if I could let go of my fans if I wanted to though." The muscles of her hands in particular had suffered from the lightning, seizing up and locking her grip on the weapons. "But we've got bigger problems." She said, jerking her head in the direction of the cloud-nin. "You ready and willing?" She asked, her way of asking if he was capable of battle and still wanted to. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Looking around the area Kohane was starting to get a bad feeling. She didn't like the area they were in. "Guys" Kohane said as she speed up to catch up to her team mates. "Have you been feeling that weird aura since that last group" she questioned keeping her eyes looking around. "I don't like this feeling" she muttered making sure she had the scroll still on her.

Nowe smiled, pushing the pain aside. "Oh come on? When have you ever known me to back down? Wether it's giant birds or crazy cloud people, your not getting rid of me." He said and dashed after Zane and their tough foe. He threw to demon windshuriken, have them pass by Brume. Tied to them were metal wires. As they wrapped around tree's, the weapons changed direction and went right for Brume.
