Well then... what now? I've been abandoned in HV because Jazzy has disappeared and Mikey left and isn't RPing with me and no one is RPing over there. I really want to keep RPing Kiraa but I can't because Mikey doesn't want to RP her the way he did before which means... what the hell am I doing? This is pointless. Looks like I'm done RPing at the moment. I don't have time to invest in a new RPC and I'm not going to neuter Kiraa and throw him into a situation where, with no real story or drive, I'll be abandoning him in boredom after a month.

Wasn't HV put on probation for a week?

Idk... I hardly even know what' going on. Kimiko is coming here.... which means Kiraa will be alone over there, since almost everyone is coming over here, and because Jazzy hasn't been online in several days and she seemed uber stressed last time I talked to her.

So... why am I bothering. My RPCs always get abandoned.

Shin question I have a village info section set up for member information should we have some thing like HV had were members get some bonuses for joining villages? example.

It makes some people join villages simply for their benefits. =/

When leaarning jutsu on your own from either being given a scroll for gennin or when you become chunnin+ and learn jutsu on your own follow these guides below

Note: NO gennin can learn jutsu unless said so by the kage of there village on tehre own unless its a bloodline jutsu untill you reach chunnin or up you cannont learn jutsu on your own

Ninja of Gennin and lower CANNOT learn any jutsu without being shown by a Chunnin+ or anotehr gennin THIS IS A RULE FOLLOW IT or risk rpc auto-dieing

Gennin - Only can learn up to C rank alone (when given jutsu by Chunnin+ members)
Chunnin - Only can learn up to B rank alone
Jounin - Only can learn up to A rank and some S rank
Anbu - Can learn all
Kage+ - Can learn all
