Shweeeet. I mean don't get me wrong Vista is okay, but it's lacking. If 7 is a perfected Vista it'd be perfect.

Yeah...
His photoshop formats are pretty nice...
And, yeah, the exams should be good to start up by tomorrow's end.
As for Mak, he was made Jounin because the current Mizukage is having rather serious personal issues.
Seeing how Mak was basically taking over already, he was given the position of Mizukage's Advisor and promoted to Jounin. =/

ah thats cool though. I was just wondering cause i never read (anywhere) what the promotion system was. I was assuming it involved the Exams, but i could have been wrong
