Kat exited Kyle's office, in dire need of a break from paperwork and stopped in her tracks when she saw Leko. eek She made her way over to her usual seat at the bar and greeted the succubus.

"Um...afternoon Leko. What gives with the waitress uniform? confused "

*scoffs as she cleans a table*

*stops and stares at the table*
*turns around quickly and smiles* emotion_yatta

*holds out the serving tray and cocks a hip*

Kyle entered the bar and walked up to her, handing her an envelope. She opened it and took out the letter, her face going from looking confused to angry.

"WHAT THE HELL? scream stressed Like I have TIME to do any of this? Frankie boy has lost his GODDAMNED MIND!"

Tossing the letter on the bar, she sat there and plotted ways to make Franco's life miserable. stare

*bottles summon behind her and get to work on Kat's drink*

She looked to see if there was anything else in the envelope and a small wireless earpiece fell out onto the bar. She grabbed her drink and took a large swallow.

"I swear....I'm SO going to hurt that Italian. stressed " She slid the letter over for Leko to read.

"Apparently, I'm supposed to start spying on Dougherty...like I have time for that. rolleyes You have any cloves on you? I think I'm in need of one after reading that letter."

*pulls the letter over to herself and glances it over*
Is he even literate?
Is this written in code?
*slides a clove over to Kat*
*has the sliver zippo up in flames immediately thereafter to light it*
*continues to try and read*
I guess I've missed a lot...

She lit the clove and took a long drag.

"I mean, doesn't he get it that I don't even SEE Dougherty? Even when I went out to see Psy the other night, he was nowhere to be seen. I am NOT going to start stalking Psy's husband! stressed Maybe there's someone I can pawn this little job off on....."

She picked up the earpiece and slipped it into her pocket.

She sipped her drink, and thought for a moment.

"I suppose I don't have much choice, but I'm damn sure not going to go out of my way to go "spy" on the man. I'd have to disguise myself....this red hair tends to stand out just a tad. What I don't get is why me? He's big buddies with Showcase....he should ask him to do his dirty work. rolleyes "

Taking her drink with her, she made her way back to Kyle's office, letter shoved into her pocket.
