Shin question I have a village info section set up for member information should we have some thing like HV had were members get some bonuses for joining villages? example.

Pros:
☼ Learn all Fuuton Jutsu in 1 less posts.
☼ Learn all Sand Taijutsu in 2 less posts.
☼ Learn all Puppet Jutsu in 1 less posts.

Cons:
☼ Learn all Katon Jutsu in 1 more posts.
☼ Learn all Other Taijutsu in 2 more posts.
☼ Learn all Genjutsu in 1 more posts.

Please Note: These only apply to your starting village.

When learning jutsu on your own, from either being given a scroll as a gennin or when you become chunnin+ and learn jutsu on your own, follow the guides below.

Note: NO gennin can learn jutsu on their own, unless its a bloodline jutsu or the Kage of their village says so. Until you reach chunnin or up, you cannot learn jutsu on your own.

Ninja Rank Learning of Jutsu

Ninja of Gennin and lower CANNOT learn any jutsu without being shown by a Chunnin+ or another gennin. THIS IS A RULE FOLLOW IT or risk rpc auto-dieing

Gennin - Only can learn up to C rank alone (when given jutsu by Chunnin+ members)
Chunnin - Only can learn up to B rank alone
Jounin - Only can learn up to A rank and some S rank
Anbu - Can learn all
Kage+ - Can learn all

Yeah, just get rid of the information post in the villages.
Just takes up space.
Seeing how we're using the canon villages most people should know what's inside.

Know how my toenail is super messed up now? Well, I can't swim, so I've been running around with a 25 lbs medicine ball for 2 hours. Actually, we just got to the Central Y, so I can now run on treadmills!

You can learn bloodline jutsu alone, and then your Kage can give you jutsu to learn alone.

That's your own fault. >>
