Create a to-do list. Reorganize your life that you do the important "work" first, before "rewarding" yourself with "play". That's what I do anyway. Not that I have much issue with procrastination...
709. What feature would you want on your car that is not currently offered?
I wish there was a heat setting that the heat blows both at the person's feet and hands, as well as the windshield at the same time. Especially on cold days. *sighs* Not sure if that exists on other cars... but it's something I wish existed on my car.

The only store I know of that is opened 24 hours is Wal-Mart.

I always do my homework reading before I even do any personal entertainment reading. That's why poor Sherlock Holmes has been put off for so long, because I've been busy with school reading... and haven't had any time for personal reading time.

Because they are afraid the cop will spot them speeding (which is usually the case for most drivers out there) and will pull them over as well. Or at least call a back up officer to pull them over.
