Amy couldn't understand a word Ryzan and the stranger were saying, but she loved hearing them talk. The stranger's accent was awesome, and just hearing another language spoken at such length was cool.

Amy laughed softly when Kai said he'd play nice. In her mind, Amy was thinking, 'yeah right', but she wouldn't say it out loud and possibly start something she didn't want to finish in public.

Amy ran her fingers along the fur lining of Kai's short jacket/shirt thing and listened to his voice as he spoke. She loved how low and smooth it was. Her forehead was still nestled up against Kai's neck, so she could hear his voice against her as well.

*Touched Ryzan has taken the time to learn Italian. emotion_kirakira Her mother would positively LOVE Ryzan. emotion_kirakira She playfully gestures to Mr. Giovanni.* Oh STOP now.

*She looks over at Kai and smiles.* Not bad Kai. Doing okay.

*turns slightly toward Amy and Kai, trying to avoid seeming rude either way. sweatdrop Not replying would be rude, but so would staring if they're having a private moment sweatdrop *

I am mzilst bronretla~ I see the two of you seem to be fairing quite well yourselves.

*directs his attention back to Mr. Giovanni*
There certainly is quite a bit mzild to jabbress than she leads on at times. She was the first of this world that I really felt I could get along with. At first, it seemed like I was mzild so being hunted down when I got here, which of course is something I am rather accustomed to on my own world. It turns out that it was all just a big misunderstanding, though whee They were just wondering where my dear m'ranndii was and somehow assumed I had a hand in his disappearance.

*Watches Mr. Giovanni face and realizes he didn't understand a couple of words. She tries to explain.* You see, Mr. Giovanni. Um Ryzan has a marito. He's a zia. 3nodding

Ah…vedo. An now its even makin mores sense. *Takes a pull on his cigar while nodding.*

*gets a bit confused at the word the mistress used for him, having not thought to also get more familiar with the language's slang* confused

It's times like these that make me wish I learned something other than bad English and innuendo. emotion_kirakira

*Leans close to Ryzan.* I just told him you prefer men and that you have a husband. 3nodding

*Grins at Mr. Giovanni.*

Amy leaned back just a little from Kai and smiled over at Ryzan. "We are, Ryzan, thank you. I'm glad you are doing... well, right? I'm sorry, but I don't know what you said at first since I don't know the elven language. Or was it Italian?"

She was really happy that Ryzan had, in a sort of weird statement-type way, asked Kai how he was doing. She didn't want him to feel ignored. It would probably help if she wasn't sitting on top of him and cuddling up to him. Others might feel more comfortable talking to him, then. She just couldn't separate herself from him, though, not after what he said just a little bit ago. It meant so much to her, and she was realizing how much Kai meant to her.

Amy started lightly running her fingertips of one hand up and down Kai's back in a soothing motion.

Liada had bought me a mzilst bronretla program for learning Italian when I went on an impromptu shopping trip with her some years back. The mzilst difficult part was getting Quortek to teach me how to use this "computer" device of his and getting him off it for long enough to go through the lessons stressed

*nods in understanding when the mistress explains, figuring zia must just be another term for homosexual in Italian*

Ah.. bronretla would be my native tongue, xas. It means... *actually has to think a moment because he's so used to replacing the common tongue word with his native word* ... "wonderful", xas?
