Henrietta made it a habit to look at the windows as they passed. Dust blocked most things, and in the rooms with broken windows it was much too dark to see.
"H-hum, if only there was a way to ask," Henrietta said.
The duo would reach the end of the hall before Henrietta decided to put Darumi down and he raced off to explore, while keeping close enough that they would be able to see some of what lie ahead, enabling them to avoid trip hazards unless their vision was po-
Henrietta tripped on some randomly discarded item with an oof and a wince as she caught herself on her arms.

" 'Ne' is an alternative to 'Hey' " he said defensively as he took a few steps away from Roby. "and fine, but if some one gets hurt on our account it'll be your responsibility" he said as he reached for lancers pokeball.
"I don't want this battle to drag on so it'll be a one v one battle, no substitutions, and no items. that ok with you?" he asked as he held Lancers Heavy ball at his side, awaiting Roby response...

"Ouch," Eunmi said, extending her hand to help Henrietta up.
"We've gotta almost be out of here." Eunmi, in fact, had no idea if that were true or not.

((Let's make it quick, first three solid hits wins.))
"Yeah, that still sounds stupid. Why not say 'hey' if you mean it? Or, say, not say it since you don't need to? Cause, I mean, I'm right here. You don't need my attention or anything." Robby replied, frowning at the youth. "And you're still acting like they can't avoid getting hit. People ain't stupid enough not to see two pokemon hitting each other."
He raised his pokeball, and with all the tact and posing of someone who doesn't give a s**t, released Tepig. "Now, let's do this." Obviously, he had accepted the terms.

Henrietta took the offer for help and she sighed. "I-i'm sorry, I-i think I'm b-bad luck."
The truth was, they were just beyond the fence. On the outer edges of the facility, really. It would take some time in the maze of halls before they would be able to find their way out.

(( sweatdrop ))
"Yeah, seriously," Wayne said as he peered through the dark, deep hole. When Salieri had suddenly vanished from sight, he'd been given a fright, but now he was alright. "I'll get you out in a minute! Don't move!"
Because moving when you'd taken a fall could be dangerous, especially in the dark when you're surrounded by god knew what. Wayne squinted, looking about for a foothold or something to climb down from. But what to? Erm. He squinted harder, which somehow managed to improve his vision; he could make out Salieri as a dark humanoid blob that was stuck on some kind of long machine. Maybe it was a conveyor belt. But even so, the rubble from the collapsing ceiling seemed to be on top of her.
"You're gonna be alriiiiarrrgh!" Wayne spluttered as the ground gave way further, crumbling under his weight until he plummeted to the area below, landing next to Salieri with a loud slam. He grunted as he tried to sit up, a sharp pain in the back of his head forcing him back down. He was stuck too; a load of brick and rusted piping had fallen with him, pinning him to whatever they'd landed on.
"This is... kinda embarrassing..." he muttered, gritting his teeth as he summoned strength. "But don't worry... I have... back up." Drawing breath he shouted: "PETIIIIII---"
***
"IIIII...lil."
The cry echoed throughout that section of the Dreamyard, reaching the tuckered out plant pokémon. She jolted upright as soon as she heard her trainer's voice. Where was it coming from? Outside?
[Yaaay! Outside!] Petilil cheered, forgetting Salem for the moment and hurrying to the door. But wait. Wayne sounded distressed. Oh no. What if that scary looking monster girl trainer person had gotten him? Who was she anyway?
"God dammit, Petilil!"
Oh right. The bulb pokémon pushed through the doors, following the sound of Wayne's voice until she reached a large hole in the ground. She halted at the edge, carefully looking into the dark depths of the-
"Liiiiiii-"
Wham.
She spluttered, finding herself unable to move in the dark, dark dark DARK?! Petilil began to whine, frantically attempting to free herself of the claustrophobia-inducing prison she'd somehow managed to be trapped in.
"You're stuck too, aren't you?" Wayne asked from nearby. Petilil paused, calm again, and just nodded. "s**t."

"tch, my mommy...i...i mean mom, always said that 'Hey' was a rather rude word to use in a direct way." the young boy snapped as the whipped his pokeball into the air. 'i cant tell if this guys being a smart a** or is just straight out rude...' Tk thought as his Bug pokemon, Lancer, a Karrablast, took the field.
The bug pokemon stood ready, this being his first battle he wanted to preform well. 'right then, Lancer is a Bug type were as Tepig is a fire type, Roby has the obvious type advantage... but so did Cress' thought the silver haired boy as a gust of wind rippled across the across the make shift battlefield.
"you can take the first move..."

((It's like you want Robby to insult you...))
But Robby didn't bother to wait for the invitation to attack. You see, the moment that Karrablast even started to materialize, he began by yelling out "Burnin' Rush!" So, you see, the Tepig was flame charging a probably off-guard pokemon before the trainer even had the chance to offer the first move.
This means that Takamaru either didn't have time to work himself up with his inner monologue and offer of first attack, or his pokemon has just been hit with the flame charge.

((yea i guess, if robby get a kick outta picking on 12 year old children that is confused ))
Assuming that this isn't the worlds fastest tepig then he probably wouldn't have been able to close the distance between the pokemon before Lancer was more than ready. in this case however Lancer was in fact more than ready and was able to perform a rather glorious side step maneuver to evade the attack cleanly.
Then again, assuming that tepigs enrusha carried momentum forced the the Pokemon to continues forward unable to stop on a dime; then, Lancer him self, being the agile Bug he is, was able to get behind the small bacon flavored Pokemon with ease. thus, in position was able to carry out his trainers command of 'headbutt' flawlessly from behind tepigs range of vision.

((Hooray! A post!))
Salieri huffed an annoyed breath to try and blow her hair out of her face. “Some savior you are. I think I can reach something, hold on.” She had been there long enough for her eyes to partially adjust to the darkness. All she saw was that she, Wayne and Petilil were trapped in a large pile of rusted debris. It seemed intentionally placed here. Perhaps this pit served as some sort of dump during the facility’s time of action? Salieri could feel her fingers brush against what felt like a button on the side of the pit. Well, here goes nothing.
As soon as the button was pressed, small lights that lined the side of the pit shined red. Now it was evident that there was a way out of the pit: there was a large amount of debris piled towards a hole on the side of the wall. What Salieri had activated was a button on a panel on the side of the wall, which was connected to an intercom. “Trash disposal is now in session,” said a kind, female robot voice.
“…come again?” The trash began to rumble to life, and the debris began to vibrate towards the direction of the hole. Salieri winced when she heard a grinding sound, and looked down the end of the tunnel. Huge metallic teeth ground up the debris into tiny pieces as it reached the hole in the wall. The Battle Girl could feel herself being moved over to that side of the pit as well. Wait a second….
“HOLY s**t!” she bellowed as she began to squirm around furiously to try and get free. “We’re in the garbage disposal!” If I could get to my pokeballs…no, wait, Chen Zhen and Liuye are already out.
“Crapcrapcrap Wayne can you reach any of your pokeballs?” she asked the trainer. She couldn’t see his predicament from her angle, but it was worth asking. She wanted to save her lungs before she had to start screaming for help, after all.
****
Salem's nose twitched. She rolled onto her back, still deep in sleep as a smile came across her face. She was dreaming about the fish she had eaten for lunch. Mmm, fish.

As it turns out, Bacon wasn't the world's fastest tepig. He was, however, somewhat smarter than the average wild pokemon. By a lot, actually. He knew that the opponent would be striking from behind, as he hadn't struck from the side as the pokemon passed for some reason. So, with this knowledge in mind, he pushed down to stop his momentum, and let the Karrablast charge into his flaming a**, which could not be all that comfortable, and in the next moment, he was pushing backwards with a reverse flame charge for additional damage.

Takamaru was not expecting the Tepig to recover from his previous move so efficiently. but still, he continued to call out his next order unphased. "Lancer! Keep on the attack" Called the trainer, and Lancer continued with its 'Headbutt' attack into the...Butt of the pig pokemon. Both delivering an attack to sensitive spot and taking damage from the STAB fire move.
after disengaging from the attack Takamaru took absolutely no time to call out his next order, "Counter!" he called. after taking damage from the physical flame attack Lancer was ready to dish out an impressive physical attack to the pig pokemon.

The disengagement was the moment for both pokemon to recover, the Karrablast disengaged and the Tepig turned around. Robby took little time naming his move. "Charge!" Seeing as how Bacon covered the entirety of the strategizing, he would be the one to come up with a way around the Counter.
His speed had been increased from before, that was fact. The counter was a physical move, and the opponent was coming in. Both were, roughly, equal in speed now. The Tepig pulled off his own sidestep, and flame charged towards the side of the attacking opponent, a point-blank attack if all went well.

Lancers momenttum carried him into Tepigs line of attack, the attack scortched him up pretty bad but he shook it off. right ater getting hit by the attack he was sent across the ground, then as he hit the ground he went into a barral roll type manouver, landing back on his feet type nubs things and preparing for his next attack befor tepig would have the chance to strike at him again....
