MW Ladies WORD OF THE WEEK: You better watch your mouth! Each Monday we pick and announce a "hush word" you need to avoid like the plague. If you get caught with the "hush word" in your post ANYWHERE, you'll have to RN a penalty and do the required action or task. This includes EVERYONE! Kat entered the bar and went around to make herself a Black & Tan. The week had been busy, and she was in dire need of a break. Not to mention, she still needed to decide what to do about Hauk. She had gotten his message, but at the time, she had been mired down in work and had forgot to even message him back. sweatdrop
She took a sip of her drink on her way to her usual seat at the bar and sat down. After lighting a clove, she exhaled and thought about her situation. She couldn't believe that she had worked -through- Valentine's Day and had pretty much been sequestered in her quarters working. neutral
She sighed as she realized she needed to face facts...it would be best to make the break now with Hauk. It was clear that the way things were was not best for either one of them.

Well, no time like the present, I suppose. She pulled out her phone and dialed Hauk's number. She took a sip of her drink as she waited for him to answer and nodded at Psy in greeting, holding up a finger to let her know she'd be a moment on the phone. She rolled her eyes as his voicemail picked up. Kat's voicemail to Hauk Hey there....seems like I missed talking to you yet again. *slight sigh* Look Hauk, I think we're both adult enough to realize that the way things are going, this just isn't working. I can't even remember the last time I actually saw you, and you work right next door to the bar. Maybe things will be different in the future, but I think for now we should just call it quits. It's probably for the best anyways. *sarcastic chuckle* Hope things are going well for you....and, well....you know where to find me if you want to. Bye Hauk. She disconnected the call and looked at Psy. "Well, long time no see. What brings you by? lol "

*She finds those huge olives with the garlic cloves and pulls down the good vodka, getting out the clamato while listening to Kat's voicemail message. eek She gets out a large glass and fills it with ice.* Did I just hear what I thought I heard? *She eyes her friend suspiciously as she continues making her spicy bloody mary.*

"Nope, can't say I've been followed everywhere I go before. Now, I've been followed, but not by my own personal bodyguard. lol "
She took a sip of her drink and looked at Psy.
"I think I need a vacation...I want to go somewhere and truly not give a damn about schedules, meetings, paperwork, the whole nine yards. I want a hot man wearing very little clothing to serve me drinks while I laze on the beach. xd "
