I can imagine this song suiting Belarus or Poland... with a bit of a yandere twist. But yeah, Bela vandelizing someone's car... especially that bit in the song about slashing someone's tires.

Another song, "When you were young" by the Killers

the lyrics reminded me about Poland or Liet. How Poland would look on at Liet with sadness as Liet goes off with Belarus
