Does any one have a suggestion on where to find a good black bikini top for bustier girls. I want to cosplay Yoko from Gurren Lagann but I can only find really small tops.

You could easily make a bikini top C:

It's just a basic triangle pattern and sewed together with whatever material you want to use (I used PVC vinyl for myself, others use spandex)

a lot of neptunia stuff is easily available to purchase online, since its an older series that is still decently popular.
If you need any suggestions with certain how to build something. Feel free to ask, I am sure some1 here might know
