Yup, totally. I've been doing it ever since I can remember. Of course I had no idea what it was back then, all I knew was that it felt good. So, I've heard I would "know" if I had an orgasm. I've heard descriptions of what an orgasm is supposed to feel like. Is it possible that I have had one and didn't realize it?
