Read Red Cavalry by Isaac Babel for Russian Revolutionary Literature class, great book. Been reading a bunch of Plato/Artistotle.
Reading for pleasure: Another Dostoevsky classic, The Devils (or The Possessed). It's incredibly long and dense as with a ton of his work, but a damn good read so far.

Sherman Alexie is a wonderful writer.I don't usually like his stuff, but this book is really good. Victor is my new new hero.

Girl in Translation ~
I like this one too, it's about a girl and her mother who move from Hong Kong to Brooklyn and she's like a super good student and also works in a factory.

I'm currently reading Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier. It's a very good book, but I have to do an annotated bibliography on it for my Literature Studies class and this assignment is breaking my balls. Fortunately, I should be able to get it done tonight in a timely fashion if I can manage to stop dicking around on Gaia for a little while.
