Description: The Eternal Weapon is a weapon that was created by the shinobi Cloud. Feeling that his regular steel katana wasn't enough, he decided to make his weapon similar to the black tendrils that flowed throughout his body. By using heavy amounts of chakra he fused his weapon with his body, becoming tiny particles that flow along with the tendrils. He strengthened the particles using massive amounts of chakra which has made the particles nearly indestructible. Like his tendrils, he can easily manipulate the particles to form into weapons he can use, whether it be a long katana, spear, a pair of tonfas, a bow, or even little blades along the length of his fingers. Since the weapon comes from his body, it is attached to himself but if he needs to then he can detach the weapon, using his tendrils as a grip or hilt. He also uses the particles with his tendrils to make a much strengthened shield. Because the particles are a part of his body and are already made of chakra he can freely manipulate them.

• Forming weapons doesn't not require chakra.
• Can be used as a shield

Description: The wreckingball known as Zangai was once a living human who was the traveling companion, and brother, to Wanryoku. The man was not known for his intelligence, but his kind heart and blunt personality made him popular with pretty much everyone he met. However, on his final mission as a human during the equivalent of the Chuunin Exams in his lands with Wanryoku, the two came upon a glade where one legion fought against another, and one side was losing. This side was made up of children from six different squads, each having this be their first event, and their opponents were experienced warriors who had tried, and failed, many times to pass. Because of this, the younger warriors were being routed. Wanryoku hesitated for but a moment, but it was a moment far too long for Zangai. The large man charged into battle to defend the younger group, and was quickly aided by Wanryoku.

To say the least, the opposing forces were decimated.

However, in the end, Zangai died. In return for what had been done, one of the younger members, a shaman in her tribe, bound the brother's soul into a hunk of iron that oddly attracted other iron, other objects in the vicinity, forging itself into the iron ball it is now. This was bestowed unto Wanryoku as a thank you gift, and much to his surprise the ball possessed Zangai's mind, except now only his emotions, his feelings, came through to him whenever they were near, and never more would his brother speak. Because of his personality, abilities befitting his personality and jutsu specialty came with the weapon form that he now possessed. It was this that made Wanryoku take up the wreckingball as a weapon, and it has been his weapon for the last five years.

Ability Summary:
• Excessive Gain ~ This is a basic technique, one that requires small amounts of chakra to activate and yet which may well drain one of chakra from excessive use. For each [25] chakra points sacrificed, the weapon will increase (in diamater) 1.5x, (in weight) 2x, and (in length), 2.1x. This does not negate any issues with wielding the device, for one must be of the correct strength, size, and mass to wield such a device for this to take effect. Should the weapon leave the hand of its user, it will revert back to its original shape and more chakra must be used to increase its statistics again.

• Excessive Growth ~ This ability is quite different than the previous power, for instead of increasing the size of the weapon it increases the size of the user. For each [40] points of chakra used, the user may increase their physical size up to 2x the original base. This also increases one's physical strength and vitality, but agility is arguably reduced due to the restriction of movement for something that size. If the weapon leaves the hand of Wanryoku, he will immediately be reduced to his original size, and all the damage that was inflicted upon him in his larger forms will be multiplied by a factor matching the number of times his physical body has increased. This particular ability lasts all of ten posts, counting only Wanryoku's posts.
**Note** ~~> Should Wanryoku voluntarily return to his original size, no damage will be sustained.

• Empathy ~ Zangai has an intelligence, which is purely for role play purposes and will in no way effect battle unless the effects of feeling his brother's emotions affects how Wanryoku may act. This ability is permanently active, and cannot be silenced. The emotions can be felt by Wanryoku as long as he is within a fifty mile radius of the weapon.

• Recharge ~ This is a very situation-based ability. It will only work should Wanryoku discharge one of the above abilities, or rather, disengage the abilites, of his own free will. [10] Chakra Points will be returned to the chakra pool for each successive use of the above abilities.

This weapon also uses dark charka like its master, the Reibi, making this weapon hard to control since it was made into a melody arm. It was given to a young ninja who had already mastered the normal melody arm, to test.

- Stage 1 : After it gains 30 charka, it tunes it into dark charka and eats it starting to fuse with the host body. It turns the Vibrating Sound Drill into a stronger attack, but the downside is the attack is able to now be slightly seen ahead of time.
- Stage 2 : After it has had 60 charka it starts to move up to the forearm. At this stage, the user's body is effected by the dark charka, turning his skin a tinge of black. The Vibrating Sound Drill also gains another rank in power, allowing the attack to be shot from a distance in the form of a dark ball. Anything within ten feet of the attack will be effected.
- Stage 3 : At the point of 100 charka, the weapon will have formed all over the arm to the shoulder. Also, the user's eyes will turn black. He can now fire Vibrating Sound Drill from his mouth. When the Vibrating Sound Drill is cast from his arm it has a much wider range and will be much more effective, paralyzing inner ears if hit.


(this weapon is kinda different but i thnik it should be ok since it took a year to make since the time skip.

- Instant free forming of weapons introduced into the system breaks the system, on top of which they can extend and are nearly indestructible?
If you want that weapon, there's some stipulations you could add.

- Brittleness increases as the size does.
- A chakra cost of twenty for bringing out a new weapon.
- Cool down time for shifting the shape of the weapon into a new one. Maybe two posts.
- Requires three custom slots.

Considering the weapon over all, we've discussed this prior. I'd say:
Growth is reduced to 1.5x.
Considering all else, I'd say an additional custom slot would be required to be used.
I'd also like the growth traits to have to be learned. I'd say... Six posts a piece. All else is fine though.

Rank increases for sound techniques are fine, however I can't permit range increases as well.

( and The dark core takes chakra for the moves i uses since it transfers the negative energy and turns it into dark chakra since dark chakra is different than normal chakra. And thats why this cost so many custom slots. lol soo lets say i use a C rank well then my weapons gains a C rank in dark chakra.

I can't allow you to just go and say I use a C rank here... So it's not used up, but goes over here!

How about it siphons off twenty chakra from your actual chakra pool, when you make use of maruton techniques. Then it's not getting something from nothing, or from what it shouldn't.

You can cut off a couple of custom slots, and make it more fair than godly and irreplaceable.

If you're trying to weasel your way out of not adding any chakra at all into it, you better be cutting effectiveness of jutsu, Zeo. Otherwise, you're just asking for free power ups without any real cost to it all.

The way you have it set up initially allows you to get to stage "three" all in one turn, and the second way is set up to all out by turn two. Twenty chakra gives you eight turns to get to a fully awakened state.

Weapon Name: Greased Lightning. (Based on the old phrase, not those bad movies. lol)

Description: A sword crafted from a special metal that can only be found on a single continent. This metal is extremely lightweight, and can channel the natural raiton chakra found in some shinobi. This metal can only be found in one area, and is dangerous to retrieve. This sword is the only known weapon crafted from the metal, and is most likely to remain that way. Uinsean's father retrieved a small quantity of it before he died, and his mother recently gave it to him, as his father's will stated. As well as a note, explaining to Uinsean what to do with it, and what exactly it was. One more thing had been left in the will, a scroll containing some ideas for raiton manipulation through a crafted weapon.

Ability Summary:
• The sword is extremely light in weight due to the material.
• Emits maintained electricity throughout the blade for [5] Chakra per post.
• The blade, when charged with electricity, has increased cutting power.
• Technique One: Rank D: Lightning Rake: The blade is swung horizontally, emitting bolts of lightning that drag across the area, slicing and shocking most things in its path. Causes minor cuts, and minor muscle seizing.
• Technique Two: Rank C: Lightning Pulse: The blade is swung in a circle, in front of the wielder, sending out a large electric pulse, temporarily paralyzing anyone hit. [1 Post.]
• Technique Three: Rank B: Lightning Wave: The blade is swung downward, sending a thin lightning bolt forward, cutting through many types of things.
