Character: Kamiya the most epic awsome of all awsome puppet users.

Puppet Name: Tian Zi
Puppet Appearance: the puppet looks similar to a brutish man wearing only a loin cloth. the head is angular while the arms and legs are much larger than puppets would normally have as it conceals the piston mechanisms within the arms that provide brutish strength. it has white paint all down it's front. the outer layer of the puppet is in fact a tough canvas designed to withstand the riggors of use on a puppet while concealing metal plates underneath that cover large sections of the entire puppet. the back of the puppet does not contain much plating leaving a gap going down where a human spine would normally be. underneath that is simple wood.

Puppet Description: the puppet origionated as a design from a self titled puppet master in the outlying regions of the desert. he'd modeled it after the strongest man in his village. once complete he presented it to the man who then attacked the puppet maker. the man saw puppets as a weak way to fight and were not worthy of use. the puppet maker having barely escaped with his life left the village and traveled to takumi where he met real puppet makers an learned of ways to make his puppet a veritable power house. the origional state of the puppet was simply containing the pistons and the titanium claws as the origional puppet maker after his defeat wanted to prove that puppets could match man with physical power. without the ability to actually control puppets the man sold off his puppet to a willing buyer from sunagakure. once in suna the buyer put up the puppet on display as a marvel in puppet physique. it was during this time that Kamiya began to tinker with it. unknown to the puppet seller Kamiya was improving upon the puppet piece by piece adding more and more mechanisms until he felt it was complete. at that point Kamiya approached the man asking if he could play with it. the man said no as Kamiya was simply a genin and the word of a genin is not that great. Kamiya was so infuriated by this that he built up a small fortune to pay for the puppet he'd put time into making. it's biggest weakness is along it's back as Kamiya could never figure out how to armor along the spine or heals where he'd put an explosive tag powered propulsion system to make the puppet dash forwards at rediculous speeds.

the piston mechanisms are designed in such a way as to be improved by the use of additional chakra outside of the 5 chakra for activating mechanisms. by pouring an ammount of chakra appropriate for Kamiya's rank or less the pistons will convey that level of power to the attack as if it was a taijutsu attack using that rank of stamina. genin=5 (E ranked technique level), chunin=10 (D ranked technique), jonin= 15 (C rank), konin=25 (B rank), sanin= 40 (A rank).

due to the weight of the puppet it does not possess the ability to raise itself off the ground with certain exceptions. these include the dash thruster system which could launch it into the air or the leg pistons which can allow it to jump slightly. the leg pistons also allow for it to dodge attacks at a much higher speed than normal through side stepping. this will only allow short changes in it's positioning but can be enough to avoid destruction.

Mechanism Summary: 8 total mechanisms (base 4 +4 from class and personal attributes)
• piston and shocks mechnaisms in arms [not twinlinked, both right and left arms] - can act to both improve offence but also can be used defencively to reduce physical damage taken.
• titanium claws on the fingers. [as these would not actually need to be activated to be on the hands, i dont know if they count. attacking with them would be similar to just performing a simple attack which in the rules is listed as not needing an activation.]
• leg pistons [twin linked, designed for quick manouvering.]
• shotgun style ball bearing launcher in mouth. [contains the force of a simple explosive tag with a range of 5'. any further and the ball bearings lose their force and will only cause some bruising.]
• 1 off explosive tag based dash thruster system. [allows for up to 20' dash at high speeds when starting on the ground and 30' when starting in the air, still allowing for sight of the puppet but reaching near shunshin speeds. this requires an extra 10 chakra due to the number of explosive tags plus an extra 5 to infuse the blasting areas with chakra to protect against damage.]
chakra infused metal plates. [can put in chakra to protect from chakra based attacks. otherwise is still good metal plating. must put in an ammount of chakra into the plating to protect against attacks of that rank or lower. lasts for 2 attacks. plates are located along the entirety of the chest and abdomen as well as the neck and arms. joints and along the "spine" are not protected. must be manually reloaded and set by Kamiya to be used again.]
• flash grenade in upper chest around the collar bone. [flash is directed forwards only. protected if behind puppet.]
• twinlinked kunai launchers [one on each wrist, only if claws dont count as mechanism]

The count on mechanisms is fine. The only real issue that I have belongs to the chakra infused metal plates, which sound like they'll protect it from anything. Where are these plates at, and what defense do they specifically do?

is that more what you were looking for? and so... do the claws get counted as mechanism? i am sorry. i'm reading this after just having gotten up as i dont have much time today to be on here so i may not be properly understanding.

The claws I think are just counted as a manufacturing shtick, since they're not a hidden blade or do anything other than be pointy. For the attacks and chakra put in, usually chakra gets 'used up' in the collisions between the two. I would word it as "Kamiya puts in a specific amount of chakra, and the chakra will cancel (and burn off) in defense the amount put in to it." And example would help: Kamiya puts in a B-ranked amount of chakra, and blocks a C-ranked fireball. There is now only a C-ranked amount of chakra left in the defense. If another C-ranked fireball hits it, the defense cancels it, and there is now no chakra left to defend. This would get rid of the weirdness stemming from the post count, while keeping the same ideal. If this sounds fair, I'll approve the puppet. What do you say?

ok so i pretty much just straight up stole what you provided me. but ya. i've set it to what you have asked and what i have wanted. ^.^ i now have a puppet replicating manny without a sword or hyuuga powers.

Puppet Name: Byakko (White Tiger)
Puppet Appearance: Byakkois a fully mechanical and obviously metal puppet with a industrial appearance to him. His body appears clearly to be lightly armored in key area’s around his four arms, (all connected to the shoulder which are wider) shoulders, neck, upper back, hips, and head. The head has no true human resemblance but rather had protrudes around the sides where cheeks would be what seem like mandibles with holes in them that work into the Jaw less skeletal mouth piece just under a ceramic glass visor that cover over any feature of the face. All that can be seen from under this visor when Byakko is active is the flickering yellow light that seems to react to his puppeteer’s emotions. Byakko wears overall shorts that cover from his waist to just about 8 inches over his ankles and a banner is worn by him that holds the shishio family crest. (totally fabricated recently) . On his back is what appears to be one long sword sheathed and wrapped in bandages, but rather it‘s simply is two wakizashi’s (short swords, 2’5ft blade) both sheathed from either end of the scabbard. His metal is an odd yellowish green color that fades to a gunmetal gray. Stands at about 5’4 Ft, weighs excess of 240Lbs.

Puppet Description:
A sophisticated ninja tool Byakko in spite of it’s name sake takes on a humanoid form, but when attacking at high speed it crouches onto one set of its hands and feet. Byakko was built to be extremely durable but yet light enough to retain speed for speedy attacks. Its mechanisms support it in both long-range and close-range combat. When it comes to its long-range capabilities. First of it’s long range arsenal are two of it’s four arms being outfitted with air compressors higher on the arms and retain 40 projectiles split between medium and small types inside it’s three rotating hidden built in stocks of projectiles in the forearms. The third “stock” utilizes the high-pressure compression of air and controls it’s release for sharp concussive blasts or gentle wisps or air. This function supports the use of Byakko’s hidden flutes in the handle and hilt of his wakizashi (short swords). Allowing Michael to use Byakko as an indirect instrument to perform his musician techniques. Last in his long range arsenal is state of the art Fuuinjutsu and Kuchiyose jutsu printer. This function in Byakko’s head and neck and allow him to spit out long reals of parchment with seals and summons he knows on short notice. So he can use them to adapt to the situations more quickly. As well as conceal and dispense paper bombs he might have in stock.

At close-range Byakko’s body has composite moissanite body and pure armor plating on all key visible area’s (mentioned in appearance) and its blades mounted on the back are crafted from the same material, all of which are fair semi-conductors but are not magnetic. This armor and structure can take considerable high pressure and force and only A-rank chakra infused items can roughly cut trough it. To compensate for the armor and heavier body the joints of Byakko are specifically made to handle it weight better. These joints take the recoil and strain of the body and allows for spring based pushes in the speed of the puppet. Finally to continue the assistance in Byakko’s speed there are adjustable rockets on the lower body found around the hips and at the calves of Byakko when activated the come out from the hidden latches releasing a stream of flames from his rear, the flames stretch 3 feet from behind him.

Mechanism Summary:
• The hilt(s)/handles of the short swords are both flutes that can be blown into by Byakko and played proficiently as a musicians instrument.

• The head/mouth contains a printing device that retains blood mixed ink, and requires a stock of scrolls to print out quick ready made and releasable Fuuinjutsu and/or Kuchiyose jutsu.[holds 20 paper bombs, can produce enough paper to print 20 seals and/or summons] Lag time to produce: D-rank seals 3 seconds, C-rank 6 secs, B-rank 12 secs, A-Rank 24- secs, S-rank 48 secs (performance enhancements reduce this time by one third)

• Joints have piston function that uses recoil to and the force of the recoil to moment. Basically the allow byakko to spring around quickly and handle shock on the joints better.

• All the key area’s of Byakko are given an extra coating of Moissanite armor (aka:Silicon Carbide) (can be cut only by A-ranked and above chakra infused items)

• Air compressor projectile launchers in the two [2] front most forearms with three chamber rotating stocks of ammo [40 projectiles each arm; 25 small projectiles (generic senbon), 15 medium (generic kunai), one chamber adjust the pressure of the air released], the volume of air compressed is 15 cubic feet capable of pushing items as large as byakko at least half the range of air compressed back, and small-medium items five times [5x] that distance, and the nozzle in the palms connects to flutes.

• Directional rockets powered by a battery in the lower body can allow for faster movements for 1 turn, has five [5] uses, and requires one [1] cooldown turn after each use. (requires Mech Manual: Vol 2 to use,)

Reaper's puppet:

7 mechanisms max (counted from the profile, basic 4 + discipline's 3), I see 8+:

1. (2 mechs) Musical blades are fine. Having the ability to cast anything but other Kugutsu from them is not. Recommend making these 1 connected mechanism, to reduce the count to 1.
2. (1 mech) I've not seen evidence of a working, electronic printer in canon, so far as memory serves. If the printer is of the old fashioned, non-electronic type, with single printing plates (i.e. 1 plate at a time), then it is approved.
3. (? mechs) Recoil pistons are fine. If you connect these together, it'll provide 1 solid mechanism count instead of being ambiguous. (i.e. there are too many joints)
4. (1 mech) The coating is a tad much for non-chakra defense:
Approval Page 3, "You may say what the puppet is made of, but specifically stating the rank of all-around non-chakra usage defense is cutting it a little over the line."

This one would be better, and has already been approved of in the past:
Approval Page 6, "Kamiya puts in a specific amount of chakra, and the chakra will cancel (and burn off) in defense the amount put in to it."

Otherwise, a non-chakra defense will require being as such, without 'rank' terms added to it, and will not count as a mechanism. (only part of the fabrication)
5. (2 mechs) Compressor launchers. I would recommend that one central tank be used, but otherwise is fine. (i.e. would reduce the count down to 1)
6. (1 mech) Rockets need fuel, unless this is an fan-powered creation. What kind of fuel is seen used within canon? Assuming that you're not using the battery's own cells as liquid fuel... I've seen coal (trains), & chakra (flyers, snowboards, etc). Also, what acceleration and max velocities will this creation have? i.e. user's speed, less/more than user's speed (need trade off), user's acceleration, less/more than user's acceleration (need trade off)

Other thoughts: It seems like quite a lot of thought was put into this wonderful creation~ I look forward to seeing which ideas you think upon, so take your time pondering. Just need a solid count of 7 total mechanisms.

The forearm region of these arms retains 80 projectiles split between them into medium and small types exchanged trough three rotating built in stocks in the forearms. The third “stock” utilizes the high-pressure adjustable valve that controls the airs release for sharp concussive blasts or gentle wisps or air. This function supports the use of Byakko’s hidden flute in the handle and hilt of one of its wakizashi (short sword). Next in his long range arsenal is the state of the art Fuuinjutsu and Kuchiyose jutsu mechanical metal plate printpress. This function in Byakko’s head and neck and allow him to spit out long reels of parchment with seals and summons the puppeteer prepares print plates of for shot notice use. It also conceals and dispenses paper bombs he might have in stock. These plates take a turn to exchange, so no two seals or summons can be made at the same time in a turn.

At close-range Byakko’s body has composite moissanite body and pure armor plating on all key visible area’s (mentioned in appearance) and the wakazashi on it’s back are crafted from the same material, all of which are fair semi-conductors but are not magnetic. This armor is durable enough to take an explosion, and has hidden chakra channeling seal to boost it’s defenses in a chaka aura. Matching the chakra spent determining it’s resistance. To compensate for the armor and heavier body the Byakko’s knee joints work as recoil absorbing piston springs that increase Byakkos running and jumping speed. Think i got it this time, made changes and took you advice in some places to simplify the mechanisms into one based on the shared source, and lost a flute. Figured out the reasoning of my rockets workings. and scaled my speed enhancements paralleling my personal trait. [Edited]

Puppet Appearance: Byakko is a fully mechanical and obviously metal puppet with a industrial appearance to him. His body appears to be lightly armored in key area’s around his four arms,(all connected to the shoulder which are wider), shoulders, neck, upper back, hips, and head. The head has no true human resemblance but rather around the sides where cheeks would be are what look like mandibles with holes in them that work into the jaw-less skeletal mouth piece just under a ceramic glass visor that cover over any feature of the face. All that can be seen from under this visor when Byakko is active is the flickering yellow light that seems to react to his puppeteer’s emotions. Byakko wears overall shorts that cover from his waist to just about 8 inches over his ankles and a banner is worn over this that holds the shishio family crest (fabricated recently). On his back is what appears to be one long sword sheathed and wrapped in bandages, but rather it‘s simply two wakizashi’s (short swords, 2’5ft blade) both sheathed from either end of the scabbard. His metal is an odd yellowish green color that fades to a gunmetal gray. Stands at about 5’4 Ft, weighs excess of 240Lbs.

A sophisticated ninja tool Byakko in spite of it’s name sake takes on a humanoid form, but when attacking at high speed it crouches onto one set of its hands and feet. Byakko was built to be extremely durable but yet light enough to retain speed for speedy attacks. Its mechanisms support it in both long-range and close-range combat. When it comes to its long-range capabilities. First of it’s long range arsenal is the air compressor projectile launcher housed tank in it’s chest that lets out via it two forward most arms. The forearm region of these arms retains 80 projectiles split between them into medium and small types exchanged trough three rotating built in stocks in the forearms. The third “stock” utilizes the high-pressure adjustable valve that controls the airs release for sharp concussive blasts or gentle wisps or air. This function supports the use of Byakko’s hidden flute in the handle and hilt of one of its wakizashi (short sword). Allowing Michael to use Byakko as an instrument to perform his musician techniques. Next in his long range arsenal is the state of the art Fuuinjutsu and Kuchiyose jutsu mechanical metal plate printpress. This function in Byakko’s head and neck and allow him to spit out long reels of parchment with seals and summons the puppeteer prepares print plates of for shot notice use. It also conceals and dispenses paper bombs he might have in stock. These plates take a turn to exchange, so no two seals or summons can be made at the same time in a turn.

At close-range Byakko’s body has composite moissanite body and pure armor plating on all key visible area’s (mentioned in appearance) and the wakazashi on it’s back are crafted from the same material, all of which are fair semi-conductors but are not magnetic. This armor is durable enough to take an explosion, and has hidden chakra channeling seal to boost it’s defenses in a chaka aura. Matching the chakra spent determining it’s resistance. To compensate for the armor and heavier body the Byakko’s knee joints work as recoil absorbing piston springs that increase Byakkos running and jumping speed. The kugutsu works out of my mechanisms so switching it wouldn’t really smoothly transition in terms from a instrumental activation. Compared to a elemental jutsu that can fabricate from thin air more reasonably or the use of genjutsu. Given that my puppet is a “musical instrument” the moment it begins playing music. I don’t see why I can’t do this when I have the class to do so.

The reason is due to how musicians play their instrument: they would flow their gen/ninjutsu through themselves, into their instrument, and then out of it. With a puppet, the user is using Kugutsu lines to make the puppet play, and other gen/ninjutsu can't flow through those lines, through a Kugutsu filled object, into the instrument, and then out of it. If Michael Shishio were to play the instruments himself, without Kugutsu, then that would be standard, and covered by the Grand Performance. This is a fairly resounding decision by not only myself, but a majority vote of the crew, as I went to them with the question. Not to say that the original intent certainly doesn't sound cool in all regards. ^_^ (it does sound majorly cool) Why not try for a workaround, like having Michael sing, tap dance, or any number of other performances? That would fulfill the discipline~

Other than that one, I count 7 mechanisms, so it's at the appropriate number for approval. Just have to hash out that last hang-up and it'll be good to go.

Fair enough, under the understanding that kugutsu strings can't exactly translate the charka for those techniques properly (though they can fro kugutsu, meh whatever) I'll take it as is since it was a crew discussed understanding on this take on it and I can understand what reasons they might have(or yourself) for drawing that line. Fair enough, under the understanding that kugutsu strings can't exactly translate the charka for those techniques properly (though they can fro kugutsu, meh whatever) I'll take it as is since it was a crew discussed understanding on this take on it and I can understand what reasons they might have(or yourself) for drawing that line. As for alternatives I could explore I might go with drunken dancing or something along those lines, though really a puppet show in it's self is a performance once again same issue as before of that cross. So maybe a play at off setting the opponent with whimsical dance moves while all at the same time impressively make my puppets actions a lot harder to read because I'm dance/puppeteering it. thanks for the help I'll be keeping the flute thing to put a beat to my dance moves, and also tell me what you think of this appearance for my next puppet "Suzaku" Pm me. -----At 12 feet (365.76 cm) in length from nose to the tip of the tail and 42 inches (106.68 cm) to the shoulder, Kasai is the full embodiment of the mighty tiger. It has white and black synthetic fur covering its body, but underneath, it is made of bamboo and steel.

-----Puppet Description:
-----This puppet was built for attack and speed. It is built of mostly bamboo externally, but the internal bone structure is steel. This gives it power behind its attacks. A chakra steel orb where its heart would be allows it to absorb chakra from Shadow for uses as either a blast or camouflage. Bladed steel claws and teeth give it a devastating bite.

-----Kasai's body is pretty much solid, with only a couple of compartments carved within, one for holding ink, and another for a spool of wire. This makes it weigh something close to 800 lbs (362.87 kg). To make up for this, hydraulics in its legs allow for easier movement despite this heavy weight.

-----Mechanism Summary:
-----• An orb of chakra steel at the heart of the puppet can store up to 100 chakra, as applied from Shadow.
-----• Chakra cannon located in mouth. The rank of the blast is determined by the amount of chakra released (i.e. 5 chakra = E-rank up to 80 chakra = A-rank).
-----• Can become camouflaged with surroundings using 80 of stored chakra (equivalent to A-ranked Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [Camouflage Concealment Technique]). Chakra signatures can still be detected by sensors and doujutsu such as Sharingan and Byakugan.

-----The bear is made mostly of steel externally, though it is a little more fragile internally. So as to make it a little lighter, the bone structure is made of bamboo. Likewise, much of the head and limbs are, though both are reinforced with steel. The body is a steel shell hollowed out and large enough to fit one adult human somewhat comfortably. Claws and teeth are made of bladed steel.

With the simple appearance of a right lower arm and hand, it serves that exact purpose: a replacement for Shadow’s lost right arm. Structured similarly to a hand, it has almost all of the same motion as a hand, if not a bit stiffer. It has a sleeve and cushioning for comfort over the end of the upper arm, and straps to keep it in place

Puppet Description: While the outer layer is made of strong bamboo to make it lighter, the frame, what would be bone, is hollowed chakra steel. Similar structure to the human arm allows for similar movement, including several joints within the actual hand for full range of motion. The main change is in the twist of the wrist, where the ulna and radius would cross each other, the lower arm rotates. The wrist itself had full movement, with springs for shock so that it does not shatter on impact with another object.

.The arm is built and meant to take a hard hit, becoming a great defensive tactic for Shadow in situations he cannot keep his distance from an opponent. While the sense of touch has been sacrificed, it can be damaged without great pain and repaired simply because of its uncomplicated build. Its main downfalls lie in a small permanent loss of chakra to control it, and it must constantly be adjusted as he grows. He also can no longer write with the hand, due to the lack of sense of touch.

Likewise, it is heavier than a human arm (someone who weighs 100 lbs, the arm would be about 5 lbs; the puppet arm is closer to twice the weight). It will take approximately one hundred (100) posts initially (I will keep a counter) to adjust to the weight, and ten (10) posts for any adjustments after that. However it is still useable during that time.

Mechanism Summary:
• Permanent 5 chakra loss to max chakra as long as it is active in exchange for constant full motion and use. The chakra steel in the arm allows for chakra to be channeled through it normally for use of chakra based techniques (i.e. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, bloodline techniques, etc.). It can be deactivated like any puppet. It is not a permanent attachment and can be removed.
• One Ninjutsu technique of any rank can be nullified, with a two (2) post cool down following, plus one post for each rank above B rank (i.e. three for A, four for S, and five for S+). Technique must be reasonable to nullify. In other words, if it is big enough to destroy a thread, he cannot stop it, other than what is immediately directed at him (A blast of fire enough to fill a thread, he could only nullify the fire that comes at him). Fifty percent (50%) of the chakra used to cast the technique is absorbed to restore Shadow’s chakra.
• If chakra pool is full, the last mechanism stores up to one hundred (100) chakra to be used similarly to the chakra dispersal gloves, dispersing up to A rank (Rank + 10 chakra; D = 20, C = 30, etc.) techniques. This ability has no cool down, but does not absorb chakra. Chakra can be stored from the user, but chakra stored from user cannot be used in the same post as storing. Can be charged with up to ten (10) chakra per post.
• Senbon firing mechanism located in wrist, the same as his puppet Tosai; senbon soaked regularly in poison made from common ivy. It is rarely deadly, but coma as a result is possible.
- 2 posts – Difficulty Breathing
- 5 posts – Convulsions and Vomiting
- 10 posts – Paralysis
- 15 posts – Coma (50% chance per post until treatment is administered)

• Small ink compartment on underside of forearm, 2x1x1 inch in volume (1 fl. oz.) for use in various Ukyo techniques, or to throw in an enemy’s face for a distraction.
• Small, three inch blade stored in lower arm for defensive purposes.

During the two months following the attack in Kirigakure, Shadow traveled to Sunagakure after hearing of a way to enable him to use chakra through a 'puppet' arm. There he spoke with the Kazekage and, in turn Mamoru Miyamoto. A Gunsei operation was performed after the arm's construction, to enable chakra usage.

Puppet Name: Kounetsubyou [Yellow Fever]
Puppet Appearance: Yellow Fever is a 5’7 ft moderate built figure, that to some may seem like a normal man with a mask on. The Mask it wears is lightly skeletal and birdlike denoting some resemblance to an Anbu mask with no markings, but it’s lower jaw being a gasmask also defeats that deceptive angle to those savvy enough to know the difference. This figure is dressed like a tattered mercenary or possibly a weathered hobo. Beyond it’s appearance, the clothing are loose and baggy. Underneath its strapped tarp clock is the mark of Miko’s village. Visibly on its person are holsters and places to place weapons or scrolls if the “ninja” so choose to add them to their person. This would be the other slight assumption in appearance that might assume this figure to be a mercenary, or ex shinobi soldier.

Puppet Description:
Kounetsubyou is a Puppet once used by Miko’s father that he developed with the help of his father. The way of the shinobi didn’t quite work out for him, so as time wore one and Miko came to inherit the aspirations of her grandfather she used her own prodigious skills with puppets to further develop Kounetsubyou. Made of a titanium allow frame most of the other body is wooden with a silicone skin layer providing a mannequin base for the puppet. The joints and mobility is much loser and are more akin to that of a gymnast, though what restrictions in motion are to help in the illusion of it being human. Other than the frame the mechanisms of the puppet are built out of a chakra molded alloy or conventional materials. The Right arm is a senbon launcher; the left leg holds a whip like tether that the puppeteer had complete control over. The facemask is gasmask that is creates smokescreens. The puppet wears a charka sensing Jammer that acts by forming a cloud of chakra that acts to reflect or hamper the efforts of chakra sensing abilities. Rapped over it’s person for the most part are tattered clothing with holsters for ninja armament. Hidden under the black half of its cloak is a chained sickle. The yellow striped half is made of chakra infused threads that react to chakra feed into it by getting bigger and the threads create a powerful defensive material.

Mechanism Summary:

• Right-arm has a poison senbon needle launcher which fires form the palm. Stocked with 200 senbon needles. Poison is an anti-coagulant that causes sudden symptoms of the flu (shakes, fever, rigid breathing, etc.) for two [2] posts.

• Yellow Fevers Gasmask works in the reverse releasing a yellow smoke that hides the puppet and makes it hard to even see your hand in front of your face. This smoke is not lethal but the smoke is held in a one time re-loadable (trough Jutsu) canister of mild tear gas. This smoke screen can be held for ten [10] post nonstop. The cloud coverage is twenty [20] cubic feet, when cut off mist last for two [2] posts before dissipating..

• The skeletal frame of Yellow Fever has a titanium mechanical air-pressure based hydraulic system that makes it movements and attacks more powerful in short order as well and cushioning/quieting its motions when not pressing a offensive with boosted actions. It does this by building air pressure in the joints and then releasing it when the pressure in the joints is built up enough. This frame can on lock and break into segments if need be to fire any one of Yellow fevers limbs like a bottle rocket using the pressure from the hydraulics. [Takes one [1] post to build pressure in Joints]

• Yellow Fever‘s signature yellow striped tarp cloak is composed of numerous chakra infused fibers, allowing it to take on heavy hits by Level B-Rank Techniques of any charka affinity. The fibers also allow for the length of the tarp to be stretched and elongated cover the entire puppet or several others with an expense of C-Rank Chakra. [limit of 4 people.]

• Inside the shin of the left leg is a 2x2 centimeters thick 40 foot long prehensile segmented tether of with a bladed pincer claw tip that acts as a hose of a neurotoxin that’s dripped from the left thigh to cot the cord. In it’s housing in the leg, while the first 8 Ft are left outside the body to wrap around the figure of the puppet being hidden by the draped clothing it wears. The dripping canister can be connected to draw the (yellow) neurotoxin to spray in mist or jet for from the “mouth” of the pincer.

-_- This Neurotoxin isn’t instantly volatile; the process of its effect takes five [5] posts to prime the infected. It begins by causing one to feel their bodies start to shake in the first [1] post. The second [2] the infected feel their pulse rise, and to some it seem like the reeling boost of an adrenaline rush. By the thirds [3] post they begin to feel their body movements lose the force or effective motion they once did, and this rise then drop in prowess causes a subtle sense of dread. Genjutsu cast in the last two [2] posts of this toxins effect will take effect just by seeing yellow fever following the hands sings on the puppeteers part. These Jutsu gain a post in duration.

• Wields a chakra infused chain & sickle weapon that’s counter balanced by a hollow ball that holds mild poison smoke pellets that can be tactfully released from its bell appearance. These pellets are made from a (yellow) neurotoxin that increase fear inducing hormones priming genjutsu that requires any prefix of believable terror/fear trough all five sense outside of the jutsu description, it causes waking night terrors, that occur in flashes. These visions are not Chakra based or Genjutsu produced but a temporary mental imbalance form the pellets poison. They’re mostly a distraction and unbalancing mechanisms taking effect for only seconds. [30 pellets held, chain 20 feet, blade cuts like a C-rank vacuum blade]

• Worn around its waist Yellow Fever has a tool that works to disrupt sensing of chakra by causing an echo of the chakra it’s provided. For sensors this may only cause them to vaguely track down the position of the opponent, making their presence seem expanded rather than in one focused point. Even for doujutsu it can create a fog of reflective chakra that double to cause a static cling to clouds of mist or dust to help visually conceal Yellow Fever even when faced with techniques to clear the air (futon). This mechanisms Expends a single burst of C-rank chakra that can permeate and cling to smoke screens, but this only last for two [2] post per use. Reflective nature isolates sensing to the cloud when caught inside, and prevents sensing inside when outside, un-ranked sensing is hampered as well in limitation. [Sensing Jutsu abilities under B-rank are affected. ]
