The remains of Enzo's missed hat was dropped to the ground and then stomped beneath foot when Night refused to let go.
"You don't need to hold my hand though!" He complained.

Bilious No trust Enzo? Hayden is disappoint. OTL Snorting, the man finished off his snack, before reaching into his coat. Giving the sideways glance, he took a quick glance about the room to make sure no others were eavesdropping. "Snots these days.. where is the trust?" Pulling out a slightly tattered, obviously views a lot, magazine, he held it up for the boil to get a good enough look before tucking it away again.
"And that's just one of many."

"Could be worse," Barth acknowledged from where he was reclined in a plush and high-backed reading chair, opposite of Rex.
"There could be book reports involved."

Zel nodded to Kettil and smiled. "I'm game," he sated, looking around at all the books and then letting out a small huff. "Though I think we'll need to pick a decently sized book if we're all going to read from it, unless we want to designate a reader?" He'd do it in a pinch, but he'd rather avoid that if he could help it, he really didn't want to make this story-time. "I guess we should find a place to sit down while we sort out what to read, eh?" He looked around for some tables for them to take up residence at, and when he found one that worked for their group, he motioned the others to come with him.. While offering Amarus a demon-back ride. His ghoulfriend he was more than happy to cart around the library in style. -- Darren was grateful to be in a group where he might have a chance to avoid having to really contribute. It wasn't that he didn't want to help - it was just that he wasn't sure how he could help, sort of lugging things around. He could barely read or write - and really he was just looking for direction from someone. So when Zel found them a table to sit at, he happily started to pull out chairs for everyone to sit down at before taking one of his own. Face your demons At least he's not fireman carrying her again... Pales X3 <3 I don't think we mind too much, hehe.

Frost's arrival to the library was met with curiosity. He'd not been in here before. Well, not for a class at any rate. Walking over to Efflo and Olivia, Frost's tail swayed as he sniffed the air. "It's very nice here." Followed by. "Might I tag along with you?"

Willow's tail twitched as she looked around the library feeling Maple scooting closer to her, her ears flicked upwards. Ohhh... right a group.... of the tiger blinked slowly, five or six? Selene was really throwing them to the sharks.
Who could they join, she didn't want that Elzo fellow he just looked like trouble and there were a few others that didn't look like they'd be that great to work with... too loud.... Willow hated groups of monsters she didn't know, her eyes were lingering on the horsemen, they were more.... well they had a certain way. She wanted to go ask them, but -- it would be her luck they didn't need anyone else.
Pretty well, asides from Maple, the tiger was just sort of frozen on the spot looking a little bewildered as she searched around.- -- - -- - -- - Mjoll on the other hand was just standing there for a few moments until Selene said they needed to form groups. Her eyes shifted over the crowd until she came to rest on Enzo.
He'd just gotten a detention slip and she owed him. "Hey you. Elzo." She did the wrong name thing on propose, as she walked over to him. Arms were crossed as she watched him expectantly, it was like he owed her something.Bilious HIIII there~ Another buzz-kill coming Enzo's way. 8D; If you don't have a group/full group yet would you be interested in having Mjoll crash?

Rex hadn't spotted the other guy when he sat down, but as he spoke it was impossible not to. He was attractive, almost absurdly so, and after the plethora of claws and wings and beaks and scales, positively ******** human looking minus his dark skin and horns. He narrowed his black eyes suspiciously, because suspicion was a good way to react to anyone in this crazy excuse for a ******** writing too then." he grunted gruffly, not taking his eyes off Barth. It was almost hard to look at him, jealousy mingling with interest. These ******** creatures weren't allowed to look this good. Abominations, he tried to remind himself.
"Are classes always this...booky?" he asked huffily, crossing his arms, playing habitually with the finger where the ring normally was.

Enzo's eyes lit up at that brief glimpse, straightening in his shiny shoes. "Saaay that's more like it. Glad to see we're on the level here. Don't got fifty on me per say..." He fished in his pocket before a rat poked out holding a small black sack and he gave it a rattle before palming it over, glancing over his shoulder slyly to see if anyone was looking. "Maybe this library is better'n it looks." ----- Christof once again looked deflated, pursing his stitched lip as he chewed the inner edge before glancing back to the knot of chairs before taking Jericho's wrist to haul him after him toward the Sloth demon and Hunter-in-hiding he spoke to. He grunted to interrupt their conversation before letting go of the dragon's arm.

What? Was he serious? "Why are you even dealing with me if you don't have the cash, kid? Shoo!"
He paused a moment, pulling out a slip and handing it to the boil.
"For trying to bribe a teacher for porn. Think about what you have done now, in detention."
With that said, Hayden left.

Selene might have heard that jingle. She's watching you, Enzo. And, therefore, Hayden. Watching you be awesome.

Research. In groups.
Why couldn't they do it alone?
Marzena sighed, but found herself gravitating towards Sibyl. And Gabriel, she supposed. She'd rather group with someone she knew than other students in this class she didn't know entirely. Besides, if Sibyl got too loud, she knew how to handle her.
........ "What are you doing on the floor?" The ghoul was giving Gabriel a 'I think you should get off her right now' stare.

He nodded at her vigorously. Efflo didn’t know anyone else, and like Olivia, the thought of group work made him feel a little queasy. But he smiled as Frost joined them, nodding again. “Of course!” And with that, Efflo’s ability to form a group was maxed out. Yet, hadn’t Professor Selene said they needed groups of five or six? The boil flattened his ears; he certainly wasn’t about to ask anyone else. Maybe they could get away with only three…

Why WERE they on the floor? Gabby rolled off of Sibyl, and then saw Marzena's face, and rolled back on top of her all the way to the other side, like a roller trying to smush dough flat. His arms were even held up above his head. "There are better books down here." He told Marzena, rolling over Sibyl again.

"Not usually," Barth answered courteously, "I try to attend the ones that don't involve being horribly maimed, but you never can tell. But err. I agree with you, on the writing bit."
He tapped his claws on the chair arm.
Not that Barth had anything against books, particularly. As long as they were mostly time-wasting. He liked his Curses text, but he didn't like people to catch him reading it. They made assumptions. Ones related to...work.
"...Do you think the library rents gaming systems? That's sort of the same thing, isn't it?"

"All the classes at my old school involved being horribly maimed." Rex volunteered. If Deus was a school it would be a pretty ******** horrible one. "That or bizzare psychological s**t. Sometimes both, if we were lucky. It was thankfully low on the like, book related stuff, I'm no a good reader." Rex's gaze darted to the elegant lethal claws and again he found himself more than a little jealous, sure he had claws now, but he'd leave here and once again be back to the stupid nubby stubs that humans had to make do with. He liked predators.
I should know. Its our business to be attractive.>
<>
There was a sudden flash of imagery that made Rex flat out flinch, quickly veering into another subject to disguise the response. Enthusiasm seized him almost against his will and perhaps a little more significantly than usual in the wake of the shock. "They have computer games here? I mean. My old school was...pretty strict on that stuff." He looked around with bright hopefulness before seeming to wilt a bit. "I don't see anything.", he slumped back in his chair with absolute dramatic despair - the golem was good at emo. "Augh, too good to be true I bet."
