In which Alex wakes Yin up in the middle of the night because his new pet, which he had previously thought was a silverwing vaisel, was in fact a balerion vaisel, and was setting papers in Alex's room on fire. He needed some boilfriend help, stat!

Human Studies 101

In which Alexander has a bit of a misunderstanding with Yin, and also gets to ride a giant cycorgi in a 'jousting' lesson. At the end of the class, Alex is given a cycorgi puppy to take and raise as his own.

In which Alex was completely useless in helping his trials team figure out the solution to a very stupid puzzle that he wanted to throw at a wall.

In which Alex and his trial team build a sandcastle, get shrunk down to miniature sizes, and defend said castle by giant crabs, the tide, and Kracken.

Needless to say the castle was eventually destroyed.

Trying to Make Amends

In which Mitzi approaches Alex to apologize for what happened during the trial of famine, though Alexander is very unreceptive and basically tells her to just stay away from him and Yin.

Class-SexEd

In which Alex unknowingly gets roped into taking a SexEd class with a very clueless Yin. By the end of the class, and after many, many misunderstandings, the two boils are quite unhappy with each other, and Alex decides he needs an evening without Yin to cool off.

In which Alex and Mort spend time hanging out, battling minipets, playing games, and chilling out directly after Sex Ed class.

Trial of War

In which the honeybadgers are put through multiple, deadly, obstacle courses. It was horrible. It was traumatizing. There were a lot of terrible injuries and there was a lot of crying going on.

Trial of Death

In which the honeybadgers face their most difficult, trying, and horrifying trial of all. By the end of this trial, every member of the team has been either killed or turned into a weapon. Alex was the second to go, weaponized shortly after witnessing the same fate befall his bonded.

Never Letting Go

In which Alex wakes up from the death trial, in bed next to Yin, and has a bit of a breakdown. Eventually Yin is able to calm him down, and they are able to talk about what they both had experienced in the 'dream'

In which Alexander receives a text from Mort, inviting both he and Yin to Taryn's room for tea. It is the first time they have all come together to talk since the death trials, and they are all still a little bit shook up from the experience.
