"Mad-master, he's a bit traumatized. What should I do?"
"Kind of busy at the moment!" Hector snapped, dodging a cannon fired by air pirates. "Damn!" She said before pulling opening a latch to send a message to the crew "Calling all fighting troops! Head to the machine's hanger at once! We're under attack. Jeff and Lance, go to the maintenance department and keep a good eye on the mechanisms. This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill!" She yelled, before closing the latch.

Rose ignored Danny for the most part, being satisfied with her loot. She then headed off towards Norra in order to find some place to see him off.

Air pirates? Victor shot up. Those bastards would be going down if he had anything to say about it. However, the strong winds would make things difficult.

"This isn't good. . . our first priority is delivering the prince's letter. If they pursue us, we'll have to drive them back until we can reach the port." She said, turning to Victor. "We need directions to get to the capital, and we need them now!"

Danny had finished his flower gun with six petals, each with barrels mounted on them much like a revolver. He found and attached a handle at the back to make turning it much easier (in place of a trigger) and the main anti-overheating system was a huge bulk in the back, only seen by the person standing behind the 'sunflower'. It would not only provide a rapid firing rate of six bullets every few seconds but if his prototype was correct, it would also provide a suitable shield for the gunner standing behind it. He hammered the brass and iron a little more and heated them again and again, carrying the entire thing with him to the engine room after a while. The sleepy-eyed inventor tried to make it as even as possible so when the 'petals' spun, it wouldn't be heavier on one side than the other. He spun it around a few times, touching the barrels to make sure they were in place and a bolt fell. He frowned and attached it again after reheating it on the engine and hammering it some more. Eventually, the device seemed to fit his expectations. All that was left now was the bullets. He got a semi-sphere and began forcing the molten iron onto it, eventually making two of those as his first bullet, then another and another until he had enough metal to sink an airship.
He then checked how it would mount on the airship. For that, he checked with Ruby, carrying the heavy thing with him. He knocked on her door and said in a gentle voice, "Miss, I want to ask a question. Can I mount a gun on your ship?" ((OOC: ))

Venge thought about what he said. Did he come off as rude or demeaning? He didn't mean to. Before he could say sorry, though, he wondered if she might be even more insulted. The woman was new to him and he didn't know if she was capable or not. Many merchants hired thugs to defend them. Venge just sighed and settled to sleep, sniper rifle laying across his lap pointing away from the dog. He enjoyed her company and Win would kill him for shooting the mastiff.

"..... Small, medium and large gyroscopes, miniature furnaces, raw steel for production...." The man rattled on, listing what Gacamo already knew he bought. Both employees of the merchant and his own assistants were hurrying back and forth from the convoy outside the work shop, trying to unload everything before sunset. He would finally being opening up his own shop, finally free to attempt to build what ever pleased him. All he needed was time now, that and a few customers.

Ruby blinked when she had heard the request. "What?" She asked, walking into the other room to see the new gun. "When did..." She muttered, looking at him. 'could he have really made something like this? ... no. I think chances are higher that he can subconsciously summon little elves that build things.'

Victor frowned at Hector's pushiness, but nonetheless gave the directions. "Our military airship should be able to handle the sky pirates" he added, "so we needn't worry about them pursuing us". Victor gazed out the window again to see what was going on.

"Good good... tell me if things get off." She told him as she began navigating the ship wildly in the storm to prevent cannon fire from the sky pirates. "Damn these winds..." She muttered. "Is that the capital on the horizon?"

"Yes" Victor said as the winds blew harshly. He kept a firm grip on his hat as he walked along. He kept a firmer footing this time as he now knew what to expect weather wise.

Suddenly, one of the cannons hit the ship from behind. Hector gripped onto the helm when her ship suddenly jolted, making her grip slip and tossing her onto the ground.
"MY LAD-" John started, running to her side.
"Take the helm you idiot!" She cut in, trying to get up, and gripping onto a piece of wood while the ship was hit a second time and started to take a nosedive. John quickly ran to the helm and began to steer the ship upright as the soldiers on board started to fire at the pirates. As soon as the ship began to stabilize, Hector got back up with a large scrape on her face. She then staggered back towards the helm, gripping her side where she hit the ground.

Victor went to aid in the combat with the sky pirates. "Where is our ship?" he cursed, cursing the weather as well. It was really making it difficult for combat.

The large imperial ship continued to be bombarded by the air pirates while taking out several of the pirates' ships. Finally, the large ship had to make an emergency landing while still trying to take down as many pirates as possible.
Hector took the helm again and began to speed down to the city after taking another hit, they finally made it to the city. The pirate ship stopped, knowing better then to go too close to the city as Hector landed the ship at the sky harbor. "That was too close for comfort..." She muttered. "Now... where did that guy go?"

Victor had braced for landing when the airship came down. He walked over to where Hector was. "You looking for me?" he asked.
