At this point, Jericho felt it was about time to end this.

"VOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIII!" he roared before lurching forth to slam his fist right into the robot. It seemed that was enough to shut it down. Growling lowly, the dragon stared at the metal man before fixing his cloak and finally moving away.

Danny didn't really understand what was going on. Apparently the trashbots were going rampant and they had to defeat them for the good of the school. Did Danny buy into Moira's little charade?

Entirely and completely.

"DON'T WORRY FRUIT, I'LL SAVE YOU," she shouted. Honestly, who cared if she got the intent wrong. She was going to fight some trashbots and save Amityville. That was close enough to what Moira wanted anyways.

Wait wait, Moira had said to use fruit or something, right? Danny looked around for some fruit, nabbing some out of the nearest basket, and threw it.

Unfortunately for her, the fruit happened to be a few oranges that did absolutely nothing except get swept in and swallowed by the trashbot's gaping jaws. Utterly and completely useless except for the nice fruity scent in the air now.

Of course that was all ruined because the orange sent mixed with the smell of trash, and that just wasn't a good combo.

Second verse, same as the first. Danny tried throwing a set of starfruits at the trashbot like ninja stars (she watched a LOT of action movies alright), but to no avail. They just smacked against the cold metal side trashbot, and then got squished under its spidery arms.

Well that was pretty useless. Danny decided it was time to bring out the big guns. She ran right into the trashbot's side and started kicking and punching. Of course, it kind of hurt her hands and feet to do that, but it was worth it.

Now the trashbot didn't like that much either though. It only took a few seconds before it turned around and slapped Danny sideways, without so much as a word. A few clicks from its gears, and the deed was done.

Danny didn't take too kindly to its friendly gestures and stood up rather angry. "YOU'LL NEVER GET MY FRUIT," she billowed angrily.

Danny was scrambling now. She was a tad disoriented from the blow to her side, but she was on her feet and moving again. She wished that for once in her unlife a fight at Amityville would be a simple spar with boxing gloves. That she could do. Thinking on her feet? She wasn't so hot on that.

Eventually Danny was just scrambling to find whatever she could to hit it with. Obviously pure fists weren't going to work, not now at least.

Her hands wrapped around a bucket of prickly pears that were on the loading table still, and she automatically threw it at the trashbot like it was a mechanical action. The bucket made a loud clang as it hit the beast, scattering prickly pears everywhere. Hopefully that would buy her some time ...

The monster seemed to trip and stumble a little bit over the prickly pears, and Danny gave a loud whoop. At least something was going right.

Once snack time was done, Danny went straight back to fighting, kicking and screaming. No trashbot was getting the best of her!

It seemed as though the bot was wearing down. Though it still moved without sound beyond clicking and tapping, the gears seemed to be slowing down and the whirs came only once in a while.

Just because it didn't make as much noise didn't mean it was done for though. It whacked her sideways, sending her flying onto her butt.

"Owwww," Danny moaned, rubbing her now sore butt. This wasn't going to go down as quickly as she thought. Actually come to think of it, it'd been quite a bit of time by now. At least she wasn't the only one still fighting.

With one last swift kick to the side of the head, the bot went down crunching and falling apart. Danny gave a little whoop of joy, and then went to Roch's side to watch all the little snots try to take on their bots too.

Angenora was unsure of what the 'instructor' was talking about when she said that they were the wrong fruits. The ghoul sighed before she heard the sound of hydraulic hissing and clanking of claws. Her eyes went wide as she noticed the trashbots had shown up. She looked over to the 'instructor' only to hear that they had to dismantle the bots before something really bad was going to happen. She put up her fists as one of the trash bots got closer and closer to her.

A confused blink was given off whens he learned that the fruit had special powers against the bots. She looked at them with a toothy grin then took hold of the pineapple. She tossed it towards the chest cavity of the bot that was after her. It had left quite a ding, but not enough to keep it's clawed arms from swinging back at her. It had cut her cheek, but she didn't really care much until it was destroyed.
