Gigi Deveraux
Everything okay?
No, it's WONDERFUL heart
Sept. 19, 2012 {Like Mommy wanted}
William Glen IV was born at 12:42pm after 25 hours of labor
He weighed 8lbs, 1oz {Like Mommy guessed}

The only issue we've been having is proper latching. He likes to nom those gums of his, a biter like his mother.
He makes me laugh everytime he tootles, sneezes, and when he burps.
I can't wait to get home tonight and work on my latching some more. I really want to breastfeed, and whenever the lactation consultants are around, it feels wonderful.
Mommy, Daddy, and Seba are all proud.
Woke up Tuesday morning with my water already broke.
Got to the hospital and after 10 hours I hadn't dilated past 1cm so I got pitocin.
I did good and tried everything until the contractions were on top of each other and then I got an epidural because I'm a wuss when it comes to pain. Although my mom says I'm the strongest wimp she knows. {Endearing, really it was}
The next day I was finally dilated and able to deliver vaginally, although I needed some anti-biotics because of the water breaking the way it did.
The only thing that will make me happier now is just being able to breastfeed properly.
Thank you for asking Gigi. It's really nice. heart
