Major Van Hurri and Ryan went out not too long after she left but they ran into a pack of roaming werewolf like creatures
they were nothing like the wolf shifter and other animal shifters in the forest
they used to be human and actually looked similar to the monsters depicted in movies
and just like movie werewolves all it really took only one bite or scratch to be turned
they were ferocious like land sharks
but most of their behavior was just copied from tv and movies
none of the guys could stand them
and neither could wolf shifters since people confuse the two werewolves were corrupted and hunted humans not just random homeless people
also following the lead of stereotypes
Major and the others may hunt humans and some other extremely common supernaturals but they make up for it by protecting unique and rare creatures
nowadays werewolves and vampires are on the top of their list but in most cases
they seem to scatter and disappear into the shadows like roaches
seeing this as their chance
the three chased after the large black furred werewolves
Major happened to follow one into the forest
because of his size it took him longer to catch up but he managed to tackle the beast to the ground more or less just suffocating the alpha before realising where he was
Maj saw a white wolf 5ft away knowing it was Luna
he spat a bit of white scales and crimson fluff from his mane before
calling her

Major was now sitting on him
before looking around when he heard Luna
oh nothing
just taking care of a pest problem he said looking down at the werewolf which returned to it's human form
don't worry there were only 3 the others got them....sorry for like barging in unannounced
i would of roared incoming but i kinda got lost in the moment Major said
before getting up
and picking up the body
which turned into ashes in his hand
just another safety precaution

scratches yeah but it didn't make a difference he couldn't get through
my scales and i'm pretty sure my arms were too big for him to get a bite in he said with a laugh
i'm fine but just a little tired
i'm not much of a runner
well i better get going the night's half over and i still need to grab a bite to eat he said before licking her back
then left
Maj wasn't too sure why she licked him before but he returned the favor but knew her and Van had something going on

Van didn't go straight to sleep that night
he watched tv on the couch
after his shower then eventually fell asleep later that morning
he probably wasn't going to be out and about today
it just depended
none of the others were going to be doing much today either other than sleeping

Since Synx didn't have Van to stay with
she just roamed the streets but when she found Luna she floated over to her
what are you up too? Syn asked

I think you did well but it was a real close call last night when a werewolf tried to run off with Van...I know it's wrong to laugh but it was a sight she said with a slight laugh

Syn didn't follow her right away but when she ran out of birds to chase off she headed to Vancouver's apartment
Van was still sleep on the couch he wasn't tired anymore just bored and feeling lazy he'd mess around downtown later around midnight so he'd get all his rest in now
