Rey would then look around at the crowd as they'd be going crazy seeing HBK into perfect position from Rey's signature move! Rey then ran to the opposite ropes from HBK and rebounded off of them, coming back at HBK attempting to hit him with the 619!

At the last second, HBK would catch Rey's legs!?

Rey's legs were caught and now in the clutches of HBK!

With Rey's legs in possession, HBK would slowly return to his feet before dragging Rey back into the ring and slamming him back down onto the canvas hard.

Rey was slammed onto the canvas by HBK, holding his back now.

HBK then went for _ hard stomps to the right leg of Mysterio.

Rey's right leg would be stomped on for a total of eight times! He'd roll around in pain favoring it.

HBK would then grab the legs of Mysterio and drag him to the center of the ring, before trying to apply a Modified Figure-Four Leglock!

Rey instead looked to kick Michaels multiple times to get him to release his legs!

HBK locked it in! He locked it in! He now applied as much pressure as he could muster to make Mysterio reach his breaking point and tap!

Rey would instead use his upper body strength to drag both him and HBK to a nearby set of ropes, and grabbed a hold of the bottom set of ropes, hanging on for dear life so HBK would be forced to remove the submission!

HBK would feel Rey dragging them but tried his best to keep the lock applied but the referee let HBK know that Rey got to the ropes, and HBK was forced to let go.. HBK rolled away from Rey in disbelief.

Rey would then quickly roll outside the ring and onto the apron, favoring his legs. He'd shown the crowd how resilient he was and they were impressed.

HBK would slowly begin to sit up, thinking of his next move to put Rey away from good.
