I'm not sure if you'll want to include another one of your characters, that would be cool, but it's okay if you don't- I have characters I kinda want to ship with a couple of my other characters LOL. It would be pretty cool if they just happened to meet in passing though.

Elizabeth also tried the salmon while Yan was finding the sauce. When he came back, Elizabeth's 14-year-old brother Oliver thanked him cheerfully before dumping the extra steak sauce on his meat and vegetables. "This silly boy always uses as much sauce and dressing as he possibly can," she teased her brother. "At least he eats lots of vegetables though. And the salmon is just as delicious as the tofu! Anyway, I'll see you later." She and her family finished their dinner after Yan returned to the kitchen. They were stuffed and didn't really have room for dessert, although Oliver wanted to order some and offered to share it so they could all try a little.
OOC: the character who might briefly appear (and disappear again) is a shapeshifting octopus merman; he's a merchant and sells magic items. he wouldn't need a counterpart, but if you have a character who would like to do some shopping, feel free to bring another in. I also have a mermaid character (Norine, the seaweed-based mermaid) who might be turned human with magic, and she could meet them and become friends with Elizabeth, Yan and maybe another of your OCs (still not sure about relationships, a lot of my characters are demisexual/demiromantic; Elizabeth's at that point where she has a bit of a crush, but still becoming friends with the guy.)
