For Alice in Sword Art Online 3, its was a devastating blow for her to become human with an Android Body in the Real World. Life is filled with Ups and Downs as the tricky part is getting over them such as when Andrew had a girlfriend in Sailor Moon.
It really helps when you talk to your friends about it, But the best help can come from Guidance Counselors or your parents. Talking can help but some people get depressed & climb up as they think that there's no one who can understand them. If you feel that way, reach out and seek help along with comfort. Don't try to solve it alone.

People in life love to eat and run. However, its very important to eat well if you want to stay strong & healthy.
Cut down on the snack foods and candies for Fruits and Vegetables.
Be sure to drink plenty of water too, not those carbonated drinks with too much sugar in them.
Make sure you also get plenty of exercise too as your parents, doctors or Gym Teachers can tell what's best for you.
If you want to be like a Crystal Caravaner, be sure to stay fit and healthy.

Get outside and play in a park, exercise, see your friends, study or pay attention to responsiblies, just to name a few as there's plenty of good things going on so don't miss out.

Even some friends in life fight a lot such as Serena & Raye from Sailor Moon. However, when Serena's Moon Compact got destroyed during a Doom Tree attack, her friends came through for her.
That's what Friendship is about in life. Being there for each other as being a good friend means to forgive when you mean it and trying to help your pals even though they would be sometimes wrong about something. It also means listening to their problems as they listen to yours in life. It means to encourage them to be who they can be. Don't take this for granted as they are a treasure that you can't lose in life.

Angela from The Office really cares about her cat Sprinkles and its important that we set a good example for children in life as you don't realize how much they watch you & use you as role models for how we handle things in life to treating other people just to name an example or two, give or take, not to mention study habits or lack thereof in Serena from Sailor Moon's case.
Younger brothers and sisters as well as children look up to us as we set a good example in life.

Babies, Children and little kids can sometimes be hard to deal with in life as they can have a hard time communicating in getting what they want and that can get really tough. Often they can't keep up and still want to play with us as that can be irritating too, meaning we have to extra patient with them.
If you get upset with younger children, talk to your parents or another adult close to them because if we lose our temper, we could hurt them. Be patient with little boys and girls or younger brothers and sisters of a new generation because one day, they may grow up to be bigger than you.
