thers a new rule, roll a 3 6 sided dice, if u get no same numbers, u get to choose a normal digimon i digivolves to, if u get two of the same numbers, u get to choose a limited digimon, if u get all 3 numbers the same, u choose a restricted digimon

Quick question. Is it possible to degenerate a mega level digimon, even though it was obtained through dna digivolution?

No, contest Digimon are the only Digimon that can be de-digivolved. DNA doesn't count as a contest, so I would doubt that you could de-digivolve it.
