Zephyr attempted standing, and got to his knees. He grabbed a nearby bed, and used it to help stand up.

blue_moon_X3 Riko walked in behind redemtion,eyeing the others kamagi,lance,zephyr,xena and raina.She sighed and walked over to redemtion. "Here,Let me do it" she said taking the dirty bandages and replaceing them with the new ones. (thank you, i cant get on yet guys, ill be on soon though, i only got on now so i could see what happened xD)
